Infelizmente, não podemos influenciar a transportadora e a sua comunicação, mas solicitamos que entre em contacto com o nosso apoio ao cliente novamente para que possamos resolver a situação o mais rapidamente possível.
Pésimo servicio de entrega
Pedí 2 libros para envió a Portugal, a los pocos días me dijeron que uno de ellos estaba agotado, me devolvieron el dinero de ese como a la semana, hasta ahí bien, el problema fue que después de casi un mes me enviaron el otro libro y la transportadora me envió un mensaje diciendo que la dirección estaba incompleta, siendo que había enviado todos los datos correctos, luego me dicen que debía ir hasta la transportadora a recoger el libro, lo cual me quedaba como a una hora de viaje, eso me pareció una gran falta de respeto porque había pagado el envío y además del tiempo que perdí esperando. Obviamente cancelé el pedido de inmediato. No recomiendo este sitio web.

French textbook's delivery postponed
I ordered a French textbook that was supposedly in stock and had a reasonable estimated delivery time... Although your store’s delivery costs are still quite high, and that offer could definitely be improved, the problem is that a few days later, I was informed that the book was actually out of stock, and I then had to wait almost a month to receive it. A new estimated date was given, but even so, the book arrived at your facilities with enough time to be shipped earlier — I shouldn’t have had to wait that long. It did arrive on the predicted date, but I’ve seen free delivery services work much better than this. I recommend that you improve your services, given that before completing the purchase I was provided with an estimated delivery time that seemed acceptable to me. It’s not only after the purchase that you should realize the item is actually out of stock...

Livros exclusivos e suporte contínuo.
Na Libristo eu encontrei títulos que não estavam disponíveis em Portugal pelos menores preços. Eu havia pesquisado na Amazon, eBay, FNAC e outros grandes livreiros mas a Libristo tinha os menores preços. Em muitos casos só eles tinham os livros que as outras lojas não tinham disponível. A entrega leva um pouco mais de dias porque o livro é importado mesmo, mas não é um tempo longo. Eu tive um problema com a empresa de entrega da minha região, mas depois de enviar um e-mail sobre o problema a Libristo resolveu e a entrega foi realizada no dia seguinte, sem nenhum custo além do que eu já havia pago.

They have good prices with english books. Better then otger places. But the delivering time is quite long, specially if they have to get one books from another warehouse.

Everything arrived in perfect condition
After a few weeks of waiting, my books arrived in immaculate condition. They were very well packed with plenty of protective layers. I had sent an email beforehand asking for extra care with this package, as my previous order had arrived with slight damage (nothing major, just normal wear that could happen with handling).
The prices for the editions I bought were also very affordable compared to other booksellers in my country. The package took a while to arrive, but in my opinion, it was well worth the wait.
I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Communication during delivery needs to be improved
It was good that I found the book my kid needed for school and that was sold out in a lot of other websites. On top of it, the book was priced reasonably (also considering the shipping costs). The only downside was the lack of information and updates I got during the delivery process. The links to the distributor site didn't work properly. The item got delivered and I received an email 24h later. In the meantime, I contacted customer support and the answer was very curt and not friendly and again, providing a link to the distributor site that did not work.

The delivery was a bit confusing
The delivery was a bit confusing, because two parcel services were involved and only the last one in Portugal, country of the final destination. The book came in perfect conditions and the packing was more than adequate.

Estamos contentes por já ter feito uma nova encomenda connosco e continuaremos a esforçar-nos por prestar o melhor serviço possível.
Atraso excessivo e falta de resolução no envio da encomenda
Fiz uma encomenda no início de agosto e, passado mais de um mês sem receber o livro, entrei em contacto com a empresa. Fui informado de que houve um erro com a transportadora e que o livro teria de retornar ao armazém antes de ser reenviado — um processo que levaria cerca de seis semanas (três para o retorno e três para a nova entrega). Pedi o reembolso, mas foi-me dito que só poderia ser feito após o livro chegar novamente ao armazém.
Esperei, mas continuei sem atualizações. Agora, em outubro, recebo um e-mail a informar que a transportadora perdeu e depois encontrou a encomenda, pedindo-me mais paciência. Já passaram mais de dois meses desde o pedido e continuo sem o livro nem o reembolso. A experiência tem sido extremamente frustrante e pouco profissional.
