I originally left 2 stars when I hadn’t heard back about my repair, but the team got in touch straight away and arranged a replacement necklace due to the issues I was having. Whenever I spoke to them they were really helpful, I’m really grateful as the piece means a lot to me.

After countless issues from a faulty item to delivery problems, Olivia was amazing from start to finish! Her prompt responses and willingness to help means I can’t fault Lily & Roo. The quality of the jewellery is great too, I have used Lily & Roo for years and will certainly continue to do so

Speed of service and attention to detail were brilliant. Had to change gift as it clashed with another present and the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating.

I have ordered twice from this company one pair of earring for a 21st birthday and one pair of earrings for my friend as a wedding present! Both sets were beautiful! The gift packaging was also stunning.
My mother bought me a pair for earring two! They are my favourite I wear them everyday but there was a small flaw with one of the earrings where they weren’t catching properly. Without noticing I lost the earring. I emailed the customer service team who could not have been more helpful. I emailed back and forth with Olivia she was fantastic! They are now sending me a replacement earring and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will definitely be ordering for here again and I would recommend them to anymore!!

UPS delivered a necklace to the wrong address so they investigated and in a week sent me a new one. They kept me updated and delivered.

Great company. Ordered an 18th birthday present for my daughter, boxes auto filled with an old email address, pinged over a quick email to lily&roo and they sorted it super quick. The necklace unfortunately broke, there was a delay in me contacting them but they sorted out a repair, then I delayed in sending it back as daughter then couldn't find the necklace! Anyway, none of that was an issue, lily&roo just sorted it, they were super responsive and really lovely to deal with. Thanks

I ordered a necklace for my daughter. I was very impressed with the quality, the packaging was exceptional (at no extra cost) and delivery was super quick. This company is just fantastic! My son-in-law and myself bought my daughter a necklace for her 30th birthday last year - she had wanted it for ages. Unfortunately she is currently in hospital with a serious illness, and away from her 3 month old baby and during treatment her necklace was broken. Breanna from the team has been so helpful and supportive and sorted out a replacement really quickly. It brightened my daughter’s day when we visited at the weekend. I ordered the gold pearl necklace and huggy peal earrings. They are gorgeous. The description was accurate- I was very pleased with the choice of chain lengths . My parcel came very rapidly and was very well packaged. Would use again

I am a returning customer of Lily & Roo. The pieces are expensive, however, absolutely worth every penny.

My chain unfortunately broke (several years after purchase) but after sending a pic of the damage to the customer service team, they sent me a new one right away.
