I had an issue through no fault of the company and I was blown away with how amazing customer service was. Communication was fantastic and so efficient. I would certainly purchase from this company. Really happy with my jewellery.

Customer service was faultless. Courier was unable to deliver due to incomplete address and when the package was returned to Lily&Roo they immediately got in touch to give me options of refund or redelivery. Parcel was delivered the following day and it was well worth the wait. I am over the moon with the quality of my order and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases. Highly recommend!

From start to finish the service and the quality was exceptional. The Jewellery is really beautiful and as described. For my daughter's 18th Birthday, it was presented in lovely packaging. Would definitely buy from here again!

Customer service is fantastic. I have bought loads of jewellery from them which are beautiful pieces however one of my necklace broke and they replaced it immediately through quick whatsapp correspondence.

They have some lovely jewellery and their service is excellent. I might be tempted to purchase another piece in the future.

Beautiful jewellery. Bought my daughter a necklace for graduation and it broke. I emailed to see if there was anything that could be done, received an email back within the hour. Replacement sent out one broken one received back. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

My husband bought me a gift for our silver wedding anniversary which they assured prompt delivery( which he paid extra for) well it’s not turned up and very little communication from them. He is distraught that a gift for our special day didn’t arrive!! Very angry and certainly will not shop with again or recommend !!

Their jewellery is beautiful but their customer service goes above & beyond.
I unfortunately recently lost 1 of their curved initials & contacted them. To my total disbelief they have very kindly sent me a replacement.
Would very highly recommend them.

I purchased a necklace for my daughter for her wedding. It was beautiful and fitted perfectly with her dress.
Also it arrived very quickly.

I had a gold/pearl angle chain
It broke as it was very flimsy had it repaired then broke again while wearing it in bed
Very disappointed

Ordered a necklace for our friends 30th & sadly it arrived with the wrong engraving
the team incredible and sorted out within hours for us to return the one we received and ship out a correct one the next day.
Our friend was leaving to go travelling so it was so important for us to have before she left and I was so impressed with their incredible service, it’s also her 30th birthday so was so important for us for it to be right.
Will absolutely be buying from them again as alongside this the quality of the necklace is absolutely beautiful .

I was very impressed by the way the firm handled my order as, being 88 years old, I got in a muddle on ordering on the internet and they went to considerable trouble in contacting me and helping me complete the order. I was also delighted with the lovely gold cross and chain.

My beautiful pearl necklace (purchased 12 months earlier) snapped. I was so disappointed as I was just wearing it and had done nothing to provoke it. However I emailed Lily and Roo and without question was sent a pre paid label to return for repair. Received back all in order within a week. The customer service is commendable.

It’s so refreshing to find a company who provides such high-quality jewellery and fantastic customer care. I never received my order for the earrings I’d ordered for my son’s wedding, which is imminent. The earrings were to match a bracelet and necklace I’d already got. I was skeptical about being taken seriously as the fault was with the postal company and difficult to prove. Liv discussed this with me, kept in regular touch and sent me a replacement in time for the wedding. This level of care and thoughtfulness truly is rare and do very much appreciated. Lilyandroo have been absolutely amazing. I had originally purchased a necklace from them for my wedding which is beautiful and I really wanted the bracelet to match. Unfortunately the size small didn’t fit my small wrist. I reached out to them to ask for advice and was put in touch with Breanna who was super helpful and kind! They were able to accept back the bracelet I had and exchange it for a custom size bracelet to fit my wrist perfectly. The process was super smooth and stress free which when you’re planning your wedding and already stressed is exactly what you need! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!
