I was very happy with the prompt response with my issue. Overall very happy.

ordered an item from this website and received an order confirmation and tracking number. I simply contacted them by email to ask for an update on my order, and shortly after, I was blocked from accessing the website.
That was certainly an eye-opener for me. Lesson learned — I won’t be purchasing anything from this website again.

I ordered and paid for a summer hat, waited for months, I never received it! Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered their toiletry bag which looked like it could hold a decent number of items typically used while traveling. It would cut down on having to carry your full DOP kit into the bathroom each night if staying in a place with limited counter space.
It is so small & cheap that you'd be lucky to fit your toothbrush, a travel sized toothpaste, one tweezer and a nail file in! So pathetic and so poorly made that it must have cost less than $.30 to make!
Do NOT order. 🤬

Don't trust this company!
Just checked my online banking account to find I've apparently ordered something from them and I haven't! Infact I don't recognise or know them at all it's somewhere I've never shopped. I've just reported it to my bank. Don't trust Lily Hme, they're scammers and fraudsters!

Fantastic customer service, resolved my issue very quickly.

My order has Not arrived they sent confirmation claiming your order has been delivered NOPE NOTHING Tried to contact but there site is Blocked surprise surprise lesson learned read reviews first

Quick response and solution to my problem

I ordered several packages of what was advertised as Boom Boom nasal sticks. What arrived was a Chinese knockoff that was not even close to the name brand.

Where the brand I ordered is effective in opening nasal passages, these were sticks with a light putrid scent.

It’s a scam. Ordered for me daughters the nail pens and received them damaged. Ink leaking everywhere. I sent 2 emails,never came back to me. Avoid!

I placed an order in November 2025 and, to date, the item has not been delivered.

The company’s tracking information states the parcel left China and arrived in Australia by the end of December, which is inconsistent with the ongoing non-delivery.

The website fails to clearly disclose at the point of purchase that goods are shipped from China, which I believe is misleading.

Had this information been made transparent, I would not have proceeded with the purchase.
Repeated emails to customer service resulted only in automated responses, with no meaningful assistance or resolution.

Due to the lack of transparency, excessive delays, and ineffective customer support, I consider this company unreliable and do not recommend purchasing from them.

Just wished I read these reviews before my mistake trust me I will in future …

Never received my order. SCAM.No response.Almost a month now.

All fake!!!! tried to buy a whisky calendar ... got small plastic bottles to put in christmas tree......

What went right!!!!
Order buffalo advent calendar thinking it was Whiskey as that is what the description said and OMG what I got for £40 is a joke!!!

Order never arrived. False tracking number. No response on email request. Contesting payment with Apple Pay.

If I could give a negative star review for this place, I definitely would know customer service response never received my item never got my money back. This is all a scam. Facebook Instagram needs to remove this immediately.
