I did not receive the correct products and trying to reach someone for help has been a nightmare.

I ordered 10 bracelets and none of them work. I could only afford inexpensive gifts for Christmas this year so I thought the bible verse bracelets were something special I could buy that had meaning.. instead I have bracelets that don't work and I feel like I've been scammed into believing this was a Christian company.

I went on line and ordered different book journals for holiday gifts—order placed 10/19/2024. I received 4 of the same book journals. 1. The quality is crap. 2. The only option for me was to pay postage and return the items to China, then get a refund—-my order already took 8 weeks. The only other option was to agree to 30% refund and keep products.
My rating is zero stars—sucky customer service—doesn’t matter if you get what you ordered or not, they have you coming and going.
Advice—find online reviews before purchasing. It would also be nice to know where company is located before ordering.

I feel stupid, I always check reviews on a business before I order from them, but for some reason I did not check this company. As soon as I placed my order I jumped online to look and sure enough every review is negative. I have not received my bracelets that I ordered from them and I am very disappointed. Another lesson learned.

I would give this site or company a zero if I could I do order these Bible bracelets and when I finally figured out how to get them to work none of the scriptures matched the verses very deceptive not sure if this is done deliberately or on accident, but bought three and all three of them were inaccurate

It doesn’t work it’s a scam! It’s so wrong to scam people out of their money!

My order was supposed to have arrived at my house by now, it was supposed to be a gift

I was scammed, this company sucks. I was purchasing a small gift for my daughter and my wife, well I waited 4 weeks. I ordered the Bible verse bracelet, I bought them because a guy that I follow, and trust. On Facebook said that they were a cool little gift. Well when I received them, I tried to test them out with my phone, and nothing happened, so I looked and looked, for an app or a video that would show me the process of getting them started. Well there is no app for these. All you have to do is touch the bracelet to the top of your phone, and a bible verse will show up. Well I finally figured out that I had been scammed. Long story short I’ll be getting in touch with my credit union to dispute the charges to my credit card. BEWARE OF THIS SIGHT, and THEY ARE IN CHINA.

Don't buy from these guys, it's a scam.

This was a scam. NONE of our 49ers advent calendar so far is 49ers related and some are not even football related.
My son is sad.

Zero stars. Advent calendar was 1/3 the size advertised. And what showed up was cheap plastic crap. Not what was advertised.

Disgusting scam artists no product no money back , going to the ACCC

Complete scam then they try to to give you your money back when what they send is not correct.

One star is generous.....I, too, got scammed into purchasing the Gnome Advent Calender. It's complete garbage, not worth more than a couple of dollars.

The Worst!!!! Do NOT Buy From This Firm!! You do not get what they advertise! The photos shown are what you might want. What you get is NOT the same in size, content etc. Total SCAM!!!
Unfortunately I ordered 2 items from them. One has yet to be delivered (order 11/2)!!! The other is a total scam. It is NOT the size, content nor consistent with what is shown in ads! Disgusting misrepresentation. reaching out to firm gets one no where!

Bought the bracelet. Came with no instructions on how to download the app or anything. Very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A JOKE! Waste of money and I was so looking forward to wearing it!

Shit plastic bits, in the bin now. Got three gnomes that r rubbish. Would love my money back from this scamming company, but at least I can leave a bad review. If I could I would give minus stars.
