Total Scam! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Ordered the Gnome Christmas Calendars that is advertised as receiving 24 x 12" gnomes. What a joke! The calendar arrived and it had 3 tiny gnomes that are 4" tall each and then 21 tiny rubber ornaments that are complete junk. Don't fall for it!

These guys are lying scumbags. I ordered two items on 9/10/24 and immediately received a notice that the order was received, and was told they would notify me when it was shipped. A month later I'd heard nothing and attempted to contact them by responding to their 'order received' email but had the message returned as undeliverable. I contacted them again through a regular email, which has been returned three times as 'undeliverable'. They sure did cash my cc number in right away, though. At this point I'm writing them off, but everyone needs to know: Lilyrhyme is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. F* them and their lying bs.

ALSO--avoid a company called MoonyCozy. Their ads and website look the same as Lilyrhyme, they 'sell, most of the same products, and they denied having anything to do with my order when I wrote them off one of their ads.

Bait and Switch scam website

My son, a navy veteran, told me of the following book on the website lilyrhyme.com.

I searched the internet for this book. I could only find it on the lilyrhyme.com website at that time.

09/01/2024 - I purchased one book for myself.
09/06/2024 - I purchased one book for my son who lives in another state.
09/13/2024 - I requested status on my orders since they had not been shipped.
09/13/2024 - Received response that the orders would be processed and shipped soon.
09/17/2024 - Noticed that the book had been removed from the lilyrhyme.com website.
09/17/2024 - Books still have not shipped. Requested cancellation of orders and a refund of payments.
09/18/2024 - Received responses that the orders were received and were in the process of being shipped.
09/23/2024 - Received responses that the orders were on the way.
09/24/2024 - Second order collected at the China PVG Facility.
09/25/2024 - First order collected at the China Transit Center.
10/07/2024 - Second order was delivered.
10/14/2024 - First order was delivered.

Books received were not what was ordered. We received the following book:

The cover was noticeably different. The author, number of pages, and publisher were different. The title was different in that the word SEAL’s has an apostrophe, in the books that I ordered, but not in the books received.

By this time, we could find the correct book on the internet from other sources. My son purchased the correct book on Amazon. I purchased the correct book on the author’s website.

I have documentation and photos to prove my claim.

I ordered a product for my mother. She never received it...I contacted the company via emal 3x...no response. Tracking said it was returned due to insufficient postage?

Too expensive, wanted to buy the card game how deep will you go, totalled to 41USD which was equal to 61AUD at the time. I then did a little bit of research and found the exact same item on Amazon for 12.99AUD with shipping as I had another item in there qualifying for free shipping. This is an absolute scam.

I really should have read the reviews! That’s what I get for buying things half asleep. Website says they ship within 24 hours. Lies. Then to contact them within 5 business days if you don’t receive a tracking number. Well I did… 3 times and no response to my emails. I’m being generous by giving them another week or two before I request a refund. If the merchandise is coming from overseas then I understand but to receive no communication is just terrible customer service. I’ll be disputing the charges soon but for anyone reading these reviews, please stay FAR AWAY from ordering anything from this scammy company. I don’t care how cute it looks, DONT DO IT!

Bought Batman ID covers. Doesn't line up with a Nevada license. Spent over $50 for defective items. Reached out with no response. Hopefully PayPal will reimburse me.

THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY. I ACTUALLY WANTED THE SLEEVELESS T SHIRT. BUT IT'S OKAY I USED MY CREDIT CARD AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY STATED TO WAIT THE 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY IF I DO NOT RECEIVE IT. THEY WILL RETURN MY MONET TO MY ACCOUNT. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO CALL THEIR BANK YOU CAN OPEN A DISPUTE AND GET REFUNDED!! WHY DOES FACEBOOK CONTIUE TO ALLOW THEM TO ADVERTISE?????

No package was shipped. I have emailed multiple times for a full refund and they are avoiding the issue.

Moonycozy.com is either a parent or sister company. They look like a scam also. Moonycozy is the name that showed up my bank account.

Updated. They shipped against my request. Their policy online states that if the package has not shipped they can cancel the order and refund my money. I sent multiple emails telling them to cancel and they did not reply. They shipped anyway to keep my money.

Well I placed my order everything was good, tracking order and received. I never received my ID cover. Tried several emails complaining. Still no answer.

If I could give them a "-0" rating I would. Similar to the majority of other reviews, I attempted to contact the company multiple times for a status update on my order. No response ever.
I finally did receive the order after a month and the music box doesn't work and the Batman ID cover doesn't cover the photo on the ID, so basically useless.
Just for grins, I emailed the company to request a refund, and of course, I have received no response.
My next step is to contact my financial institution and file a dispute but also, to contact as many business associations possible to make them aware of this fraudulent company.

The very worst. They falsely claimed on September 7th that my order was on the way. I track my orders through the “Shop” app. I clicked the tracking button and the entire name of the package was changed. It states “Evri, Formerly Hermes” and the Shop app notified me that they have lost contact and shipping updates it was at this time I decided to contact the company to see if I can get an estimated arrival time since I ordered the Batman ID cover for a birthday. No response. The next outreach I demanded a refund. No response. I disputed the charge with my bank. The charge given to me was by mooncozy.com which isn’t the site I obviously ordered from. Lilyrhyme isn’t legit either and they work with this scam company clearly. Do not trust them. Get your money back through your bank!

Ordered Batman card cover. Paid over 2 weeks ago. Messaged twice for tracking updates or some shipping info. No response. Took my money but won’t send product

I bought my party dress from them and I am very pleased. The dress looks great and the shopping experience was good. Most of my friends plan to order from them as well.

I purchased a dress and was so disappointed! The dress looked nothing like the one on the website and the custom measurements were wrong, way too big. Don't use this website

I have ordered, they have never delivered my order, I requested a refund they blocked me from Facebook, because it's impossible to contact them trho their website.

I ordered, they shipped (or said they did) and sent it to the wrong address. I called it to their attention and they haven’t responded. Not happy.
