The quality, price and customer service of this company is exceptional. There are no other solutions out there that have as minimal friction for renting furniture. Definitely going to use moving forward.

The furniture that arrived for my studio apartment was clean (possibly all brand new) and just as advertised on their website. A speedy solution to my needs.

The sofa bed seemed impossible to open and close, but they stuck with me and came back to demonstrate how to flip it successfully.

We needed to furnish our apartment quickly and for a relatively short period of time (less than 9 months) in New York. Feather was a godsend. They were willing to work with our schedule, allowed us to add and remove some furniture to make sure we were very comfortable with our choice. The furniture arrived on time; there were nice touches like mattress protector case, and the decoration pieces were high quality and made the house feel cozy. The Feather team was a pleasure to work with. We have since moved on to living in Houston, and we wish Feather offered their services here. The ease of clicking on a few images and having your furniture in your living room a few days later is priceless. We would definitely recommend Feather to anyone who is too busy to buy or rent furniture, and gets that off their list.

I only have amazing things to say about this company. Feather blew me away with the amazing prices and quality of service from hello. Jeff walked me through the process with ease and made sure the I got what I wanted and needed. The bed I got was the Clinton king and a Tuff & Needle mattress. It was professionally set delivered and set up in about 20 min. I have never slept so well. We also ordered the Jewel Ottoman that has flip storage for the end of the bed... my Fiancé loves this for her shoes. Lastly we ordered the Myers coffee table.. such quality and craftsmanship in this table. Solid wood..Real wood..not that fake sawdust laminated stuff you find at Ik*a..
I think I may have opened a can of worms though...my love is now addicted to the website looking to add more to our place...that we normally wouldn't because in reality who wants to spend all that money up front to furnish a new place...after 1st last and brokerage fees...its really not the easiest thing for most of us to go spend another $3,000. on furniture. It was obvious when we found Feather what the best choice was without findging twice. Keep your money in your pocket and get what you want now...after our order was processed Feather sent us a $100. Promo that we can share with our friends and family. I think the promotion code that they sent us.. if I read it correctly gives anyone we refer a $100 off and also us on our bill. Our decision was simple. The only question left is... Do you have Feather?...

I used a few pieces from Feather to stage my apartment when I sold it. It looked great and I really think it helped with the sale.

I had to rent furniture for an apartment until my other stuff came. Feather was responsive, reasonably priced and with a nice selection of modern furniture. I got compliments! Pick up was easy and they arrived on time. Plus mattress was so comfortable I ordered a similar one for my new furniture.

Honestly BEST EXPERIENCE moving ever. Team was so professional on both the move in and move out process, on time, efficient, polite. The furniture was fantastic for my sublet apartment and made it feel more like home. The team went the extra mile and really helped make my move out less stressful. I can't recommend this service enough, solves all of your furniture and temporary furnishing and living needs. Will definitely send friends their way and use the service again if I need interim furniture.

I used Feather to rent several items, including a handful of pieces to do my living room over and a couple to upgrade the office room and master bedroom. Great experience end-to-end! The furniture is beautiful, the delivery guys were super helpful and nice (one of them randomly helped us fix something small in the apartment while he was here!), they sent a handwritten thank you, and even the lease contract was clear and simple to read and sign online. Convenience the whole way through. I live in Manhattan and they were a lot more convenient and reasonably priced than the showroom spots. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who asks about renting furniture.

Customer attention really should be five stars, however quality of the furniture is not very good. hence the price

There are many scratches that are highly visible on the white surfaces of two of my rented furniture. Hope you can pay more care to these white surfaces in the future. They look much better if you are careful handling these white furniture.
