Despite the “good taste” award this is really an acquired taste. It’s watery and the taste is quite unpleasant. Compared to another well known goats kefir it doesn’t come close. Although cheaper I’l... Mehr ansehen

If there is a mistake
If there is a mistake, (and who doesn't make them), it's how you rectify them.
I had a delivery problem, but this was more than rectified steadily with an update and apology. Parcel arrived as specified.
First rate. Thank you.

Had a subscription of the coconut kefir…
Had a subscription of the coconut kefir for a few years, cannot fault the quality which has remained consistently high. Will definitely be keeping the subscription ongoing. Only gripe would be having to dispose of the cooler packs in the packaging, as the kefir doesn't seem to be affected by alterations in storage temperature so not sure if the cooler packs are necessary.
