Prompt service, kefir tastes good
Prompt and efficient delivery. Kefir tastes nice and tangy, not like many of the bland varieties available in shops. Too early to talk about the benefits but I'm hopeful it will help sort out my gut issues.

No communication
The delivery is fast. The product is OK. Shame that they don’t answer their phones or emails. And the websites sometimes leads you to believe you placed an order when actually the order didn’t go through, and wastes your time.
