I took out cover online but on receipt…
I took out cover online but on receipt of my documents I note the address is incorrect. I have been unable to contact anyone since then, the chat states I must speak to someone and I can't get through - having seen my review Lloyd's responded and stated they would be in touch. I had one missed call so after waiting hours I called them. After 25 minutes on the phone the issue is still not resolved. I seem to have paid for cover they will not honour due to their system not correctly recording my house name!

Excellent for homes with historic subsidence
The application process was clear and simple. Critically for me you offer cover for homes that have had subsidence issues provided that remedial work has been satisfactorily completed. If only this approach was a standard requirement within the home insurance industry.
