They charged me £109 for a low quality and low security lock that costs only £18 to buy on amazon. Rip off!

I got burgled but locks-unlock robbed me more than the people who broke into my house. They charged me nearly £400 to spend 5 minutes fixing a lock and wanted to charge me £500 more for handles and an anti snap lock. Worse still they did not provide and invoice and then blocked my number when I tried to chase up the invoice, so I could not claim on my insurance. I have reported to trading standards, avoid this company at all costs.

Do Not USE this company. Extortionate costs, unclear pricing rules and dodgy methods of opening the doors. I wish I didn’t panic and looked around to book a reliable and cheaper service.

should’ve read some reviews first. claim to be there within 20 mins on website, was an hour and 20. told him he couldn’t break the lock as i had housemates (who were away which is why i got the locksmiths out) who would also need new keys getting. he tried his best so no fault to him, but he had to charge me for the call-out fee (again not his fault, this is all aimed at the company). the company then had the audacity to call me back and ask me to rate the service and then ask how i paid.

Unfortunately we read reviews to late,locked out on a cold wet night 2 guys turned up my key was on the inside they said they had no letterbox kit so I told them to leave then they started shouting.I just wanted rid of them they said only way was to remove lock at £200. told them no it was a new door didn't want lock removed and told them to leave they then said they could use pressure pads it wouldn't damage door for £99 they opened door in seconds, door didn't seem damaged and I felt intimidated so paid them to get rid of them quickly.On closer inspection door was damaged and not longer locked into frame securely .Do not use this company the guys sent to me where clearly not locksmiths.And although date may not be correct this is a genuine review from a customer who was intimidated and ripped off.

We booked a 9.00 a.m. appointment to have a broken mailbox lock repaired or replaced. When the locksmith did not turn up we made many calls to the company. On each occasion we were given an excuse - we were told he was on his way, he was just around the corner, he tried to call but couldn't get through, etc. All of which were lies. Eventually, they sent another locksmith who came nearly 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. THEY CHARGED A WHOPPING £99.00 TO DRILL OUT THE OLD LOCK. Further, they turned up without the correct lock to replace it even though they were given the lock details/number 2 days before. The locksmith then tried to cut a lock into the correct size for which we would have to pay another £40! When this didn't work we asked him to remove it. The young man who eventually came out was polite and tried his best, but the office failed to give him any information. This company has very poor customer service standards, is extremely expensive, and does not tell the customer the truth. A very frustrating experience. Spare yourself the headache - do not use them. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE ANY WORSE THAN THIS ONE.

I’m annoyed at having to give 1star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When the guy came out to sort out the lock we were given the choice of a £125 barrel, £175 or £265. We were stupid enough to trust him and went with the middle price . When my husband checked online even the top end barrels were nowhere close to the lowest price . When my husband phoned the office he first of all asked what the hourly rate was and was told £49, we were charged £65. Also she said that the barrels started at £57. When my husband then told her what we were charged , she cut him off. We contacted the guy who had carried out the work and he just blamed the office and to this date we still haven’t had the invoice we asked for . Complete scammers

Absolutely awful service quoted £49 to unlock a bedroom door then had the gall to increase the quote to £130 once in attendance.

The gentleman that came today was absolutely amazing and I would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends. He was quick, very experienced, helpful and extremely polite. Thank you so very much Locks-Unlock.

Me and my family ( 2 daughters and wife ) came from holiday to find out that we’ve lost our keys…looked on internet, called the first company shown Locks Unlock. They arrived after 28 minutes and picked the lock in less than 10 minutes, fitted a new lock with new keys and that was it….my wife was really panicked so thank you.
I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone.

Chris was brilliant. Very efficient - fixed / replaced the the lock within 15 minutes I would highly recommend using them again.

Darren was quick to arrive and managed to get us back into the house. Cost a lot more than I thought (£250) but that's to be expected from an emergency call out.

Arrived within 20 minutes and unlocked the door without damaging. What else can you ask for from a locksmith!
