Great service, very promt and sufficient.
Fixed the door same day called another Locksmith however he was late then was told they don't work after 7pm.
So thanks to Dan I can sleep well.

Enquired about a quote today to replace a front door handle. David called and started shouting at me, said people like me phone for a quote and take the advice and don’t use their service. Really rude and abrupt. Just from his attitude, he shouldn’t be calling customers. I should have read the reviews before enquiring. I’m shocked at what’s just happened.

Called for assistance as I locked myself out of my apartment. Arrived an hour late and charged £102 for a 2 minute job. I was quoted £49 on the phone, complete rip off taking advantage of anyone in desperate need of their services. Avoid at all costs.

Booby was fast in coming over when my 2 girls got stuck in a room and the door handle got stuck. He is generous and very helpful… He operated the door handle and left with a smile on our faces… Bless to have these kind of people in Bristol…💪

I’d recommend this locksmith company to anyone looking for help. They arrived very quickly, David was very polite and kind. Opening the lock took him few moments and he left the place nice and tidy. If I ever need a locksmith again, with no hesitation I’ll call you guys.

SCAM !!! They send someone out in a car, charge you £49 call out, and then tell you a price to fix things not needed for £300 ! If you call them back, they deny even making a booking ! JUST AVOID, like everyone else here has said, SCAMMERS !!!

Scam. Do not use them.
My experience similar to others here. Someone broke the key in the lock and was stuck in the toilet. This lot were ring and they quoted £49.
When the man arrived he immediately increased the quote to £169 and got angry when the figure was questioned.
The person had been locked in for an hour so we had to go ahead.
Less than 10 mins later the door was opened

Feel utterly conned today. Called them out because we were in a hurry and our front door lock was jammed. They came out, took out our lock and then the price started racking up, ultimately to £396, the most expensive part was £179 which we’ve subsequently found for £39 elsewhere. The new lock cyl he charged us £65 but we subsequently found everywhere else for 30-40. Then there was Labour, call-out and a couple of out her bits and pieces and it came to £396. You are under pressure to agree because at that point you have already incurred the call-out and you have your door lock totally dismantled on your floor. Because we were in a hurry to get to the hospital we didn’t notice that what we thought we were signing (the invoice to say work carried out) was actually indemnifying them against all liability of work, and parts problems. Not even sure thats legal. Only just got in this evening and had the chance to retrospectively get reviews. Utterly horrified by their tactics - they should not be in business.

Waste of space of a company tried charging me £400 to change the lock after it broke on a upvc door.

I had a complex lock issue that other locksmiths couldn't solve, but this company was up to the challenge. They were persistent and creative in finding a solution, and they ultimately fixed the problem. I was very impressed with their expertise and professionalism

I got caught out the same way as most others. Stupidly contacted the first number I saw online. Said they'd be there in 20 minutes. Actually took 3 hours to turn up. Told me they'd have to drill through the door. Took over an hour to do so. Charged me £240 for labour and a new lock. Complete con-artists. Do not use, ever.

I called the first number i saw on google. I was told it would be in half an hour, after 35 minutes i decided to do some research and realised that this is another one of those companies, i decided to cancel. I called them up and told them i wanted to cancel and I was very rudely asked why. I explained that i no longer required their services and they said that I would still have to pay the call out charge of £49! The engineer had not even arrived! I simply said that that is not going to happen. I was then told in many different ways why I would have to pay it, i think she realised that I was not biting so she shouted that I was a jerk and hung up on me. Another joyous trickster company

My daughters key broke in her lock on the front door. Locksmith came out at a charge of £49. He said the key wouldn't come out the lock and a new lock was £89 that you can buy online for £10. Total cost was £138 for call out and lock. I told my daughter to give me her old lock and I bought a tool set from amazon for £7.99p. Within 5 minutes of the tool set arriving I got the broken key out the lock. So if anyone has the same issue please do not get ripped off by this company.
