We are very sorry that your order has still not arrived and completely understand your frustration.

Your order was prepared and shipped on the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, there has been a delay on the courier’s side. We have already opened an issue with the courier and are currently awaiting their response and an update on the delivery.

Please note that payment is taken at checkout for all orders, including payments processed through Klarna. As the package is currently still in transit, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund at this stage.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. We are following up with the courier and will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We understand your concern regarding the customs charge you were asked to pay upon delivery, especially as the amount was higher than you had expected.

The information shown in our cart is intended as a general indication that customs duties and/or import charges may apply before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount that will be charged, as this is calculated by the customs authorities in the destination country according to their own rules. The calculation may depend on several factors, including the product's country of manufacture, its classification, its value, and other applicable regulations. The country from which the parcel is shipped is therefore not necessarily the only factor considered.

We have checked the documentation for your order and can confirm that the information on our invoice was provided correctly to the customs authorities.

Once the parcel has reached the destination country, the customs authorities make the final assessment, and unfortunately we have no possibility of contacting or influencing the destination customs office directly. The courier also has no authority over the customs calculation.

If you believe that the amount charged was calculated incorrectly, we recommend contacting your local customs office and providing them with the relevant invoice and import documentation so that they can review the assessment and explain how the charge was calculated.

We are sorry that the customs charge was higher than expected and that this situation caused you inconvenience. While we cannot intervene in the customs authority's assessment, we hope the above clarifies the process and the information available to us.

thank you for your feedback.
We are truly sorry for the delay and for the frustration this experience caused, especially as you had planned to use the items for an important trip.

When a product is listed as “on request,” it means that the item is not currently available in our warehouse and must first arrive from our supplier. Unfortunately, there are occasions when a supplier delays an item without providing us with an updated ETA. In these situations, we understand how frustrating it is for a customer who is waiting for their order and needs it by a specific date.

We also understand your frustration regarding the request to ship the helmet separately. We are sorry that we were unable to accommodate this request and that our communication did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the item that could not be given a clear ETA, we decided to cancel and refund it so that the rest of your order could be shipped without further delay. The refund was issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

We are very sorry that the delays ultimately meant you had to purchase a replacement elsewhere during your trip. We understand why this experience has left you disappointed, and we regret that we did not provide the level of service you expected from us.

We're sorry to hear that the lack of communication caused you concern.

The bike you ordered is an On Request item, which means it is not stocked in our warehouse and must first be delivered to us by the manufacturer/supplier before we can ship it to you. For these products, the estimated delivery time is clearly indicated on the product page and is expressed in working days.

We understand that waiting for an expensive purchase can be stressful. However, before the estimated delivery timeframe has elapsed, we generally do not have additional information to provide. While we can request updates from the supplier, they often cannot provide more precise delivery details until the shipment is closer to dispatch.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will notify you as soon as your bike arrives at our warehouse and is ready to be shipped.
