Had an order with Lugnut 4x4 it was shipped immediately but delivery USPS Richmond Virginia had miss placed the 2nd part off the order for 3 weeks. Within that 3 weeks of waiting I informed Shawn at Lugnut 4x4 and he insisted on helping me with a backup and no additional charge! Was awesome because I Opted out of shipping insurance. The new back-up was shipped immediately again and it was finally received in few days. With all parts together the install went easy and smoothly! I highly recommend Lugnut 4x4 for parts and great customer service!

Great customer service. I didn't even buy the disc brake kit, it came with a truck I bought but Shawn was super responsive and got me the installation guide, after hours, within mins of sending the email.

I have a conversion kit currently on my 95 gmc k series truck and would like to thank lug nut 4x4 for the best product and service. I installed the kit relatively quickly without issues over 5 years ago and I am terribly tough on my vehicle. I have no issue I am getting ready to replace brake pads and I just want to thank lugnut 4x4 for a great kit that has been tested in an extremely rough and brutal process I love it and would 100% recommend your products.

Took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed unrelated to one of their kits. That kind of service is rare to say the least. I highly recommend these guys.

Package arrived very late , was packaged so poorly they just moving it from my porch 3 feet inside the box exploded apart and damaged my floor , told me that’s to bad have flooring company warranty their mistake . Very poor customer service and a liar on top of that. Spend your money somewhere that knows how to package a box

Lugnut4x4 Customer service was outstanding. I had ordered longer wheel studs and complete front disc brakes for my Dana 60. Everything fit as it should. Great business. I will be ordering more parts. Thank you Shawn

Warning: Stay away from this company "Lugnut4x4.com" I ordered a diskbrake conversation kit for a Dana 60 rear axle from these guys for 498.78. Now the problem is how it was shipped, Shawn shipping very heavy parts in a flat rate box by the USPS. Here lays the problem with that the first box was delivered with the rotors, and hardware. but the parts were so heavy that it destroyed the box. And when I called Shawn at lugnut 4x4 he stated it happens, I told him it was packed in a heavy duty box this would not happen. He stated that the second package with arrive within a couple of days, well it did and the box was a flat rate box or what was left of it. Pictures below! I called Shawn again and again I got the same excuse it happens, I said twice in a row that is just poor choice of boxes and poor packaging period. The second box was not hardy a box anymore due to damage. I told Shawn that I was going repackage the parts up and ship them back due to 3 reasons which are stated 1. Poor packaging 2. Poor customer service (negative 10) 3. Parts are all made in China and are junk and parts were missing.
Shawn is a internet company of him and three other people and there is phone number on the website to call. His excuse was that this is internet company. After trying to talking to him on the phone stating how unhappy I was with the broken and missing parts and the poor packaging I was told that happens and then hung the phone up. I am 67 and I would never treat my customers like that period.

On Saturday, August 30, 2025, I checked my brakes on my 1997 F250 4x4. I had previously used a Lugnut4x4 conversion kit to convert my Sterling rear end to disk brakes. Union inspection I found that my right caliper was leaking. The has been installed for around two years and trust me when I say I have abused my brakes on & off road. I sent an email to Lugnut4x4 not expecting a response due to the holiday weekend. I was wrong! Within 5-7 minutes Shawn responded and after a back and forth on several emails we came up with a solution. I decided against rebuilding my standard calipers & now have the heavy-duty calipers heading my way. I cannot believe the customer service Shawn took the time to deliver! On a holiday weekend! Lugnut4x4 will have my gratitudeand business forever!

I was looking into the conversion kit for replacing an '02 C&C with a drum from a '00 on a dodge ram 3500. Anyone looking for these knows how hard the disk is to find. Rather than make the sale, the team responded to an email I had asking if it would work on the axle within an hour on a Sunday, telling me that it'd work on the axle, but the brakes were undersized compared to factory. HUGE ACCIDENT AVOIDED! Glad the team is honest, on top of it, and happy to have a satisfied client rather than simply make a sale.

I have yet to purchase anything but I reached out in desperation. I recently purchased a pretty heavily modified jeep and have been struggling to figure everything out. I even took my jeep to an offroad specialty shop in michigan and they failed miserably while taking my money. I sent Shawn an email which he responded to quickly even without any transactions telling me what I needed. Above and beyond. He has won me over as a lifetime customer, to help someone you may not even make any money off of them leaves me nothing short of impressed and willing to do business with him any time I can. Thank you so much, I was about to give up and sell this when my wife has fallen in love with it.

I bought a rear conversion kit for my 1995 f 250 7.3 diesel 4x4 around 8 months ago it was fairly simple to install. I’m a contractor not a mechanic but it went pretty well. I had questions so I would call or email and mr miller was very quick to answer or respond back. Just this morning I emailed him and while on vacation he responded back to me asking what kind of brake pads I needed for replacement because I miss placed my copy of install and replacement parts list. To let me know what to get at my local auto parts. So you can’t beat that for costumer service lugnut 4x4 is awesome. I can’t believe the difference in stopping power.five stars for sure.

After doing a month of research as to what would fit my 72 Chevy C20, I decided to reach out to Lugnut 4x4. Shawn confirmed the kit I needed and sent me a link directly to the page where at least 8 ready made kits were available to choose from. Installation was easy if you have the necessary tools like a press but no welding required which was great. When I realized I misplaced a retainer clip, Shawn sent me out the missing part. These are quality kits and look great! So glad I decided to reach out to them.
