Poor fitment and customer service. Kit that I ordered for my application does not fit. After close to a week of countless pictures, measurements, and emails still no resolution. Other are having issues with the fitment as well. Shawn admitted he can see in the pictures that it's not fitting up and I asked for another set of brackets to try and a return label and I would send my originals back when I swapped them but he doesn't want to do that. Kit I ordered was for a 78 and up Ford kingpin Dana 60. My axle is a 79 Ford Dana 60 with factory outers other than the Chevy rotors supplied in the conversion kit I purchased.

Opened the box and right away I could tell they had sent me 2 different brake calipers. Took pictures with measurements and they tried to deny that they were different. I turned in the wrong one they had sent me into the local auto parts store as a core for the correct one and lugnut4x4 only paid for half of what it cost me. After just one week of driving around with everything finally installed, the brakes started to feel like they're rubbing. Pulled the wheel off and the force of braking is actually bending the soft steel brackets, and causing the brakes to rub both unevenly, and constantly. Don't waste your time and money on this company. Every interaction I've had with them has been very unprofessional. They are not interested in fixing their mistakes.

Product was satisfactory but my customer service experience was fair at best. Answers were vague and seemed to be misleading regarding product info. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Lugnut 4x4 has done a great job, all of they're parts are good quality at a fair good price , they are very helpful with customer service . After doing research I decided I would convert my recently purchased 77 chevy c30 dually. I Identified my correct axle and kit needed after researching companies I chose lugnut 4x4 for my conversion I'm glad I did. Found out the hard way that my c30 is a commercial model and 11/2 in spacer or 2 in spacer that is recommended is to much and spaces rotor a 1/2 from spring not allowing for enough space to mount caliper found a place think under faq about camper specials utilizing a 1in spacer i believe this one i have is commercial prolly same frame and set up. Found set on Amazon they suck in quality compared to what lugnut 4X4 sold me. I got in touch lugnut 4x4 and thru email and requested to send back the spacers and calipers and upgrade to the full e brake kit. I was pleasantly surprised they promptly got in touch with me over the weekend, there was no hassles no problems to send the parts back and upgrade( parts were new and had not been installed ). I highly recommend lugnut 4x4 and mr. Miller wonderful company I look forward to doing more business with lugnut 4x4 on my future restorations.

Received my kit with multiple damaged parts. It was very poorly packaged. The website claims these are the highest quality parts, most of not all parts are very low quality and manufactured in China. Website also promises stainless steel banjo bolts and I received low quality DORMAN banjo bolts. Texted with Shawn a little bit before ordering and he told me I would receive Wagner ceramics brake pads, but I received very cheap generic pads. Shawn claims the wagners were discontinued. Do not promise high quality and stainless steel parts when they are not. VERY DECEIVING BUSINESSMAN. Upon informing Shawn of my issue, he told me to go ahead and install the rotor and it would not affect performance. Sorry Shawn I didn’t spend the money on your kit to install damaged parts due to your poorly packaged items. I would like to return the entire kit due to these issues but Shawn refuses to provide return shipping labels and demands I pay the 15% restocking fee ON DAMAGED PARTS. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You will thank me later.

My order came all beat up and the hardware just bouncing around in the ripped open box and when talked about it, it seem like they didn’t care

This kit was great. The calipers lightly rubbed my wheels but after a little grinding it was good to go. My only regret is I didn’t do this sooner. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend everyone to use Lugnut4x4.

Great looking parts just installed the drivers side last night on my 78 F250 rebuild and look great. Only gave 4 stars due to shipping With the post office took over two weeks to receive all the parts.

The owner was nice to deal with, the rear disc brake kit wasn’t that impressive the calipers were different colors they had different size bleeder screws, and they were very poor condition. I went down to my local Napa and got nice coated matching calipers For 20 bucks each and turned the ones with the kit in as cores. I know some people won’t care but when your 20k into a truck and spend over 300 on a rear disc kit with junk core calipers it’s pretty disappointing.

I’ve ordered a couple of items from Lugnut 4x4. Both orders were delivered in a timely manner and packaged appropriately. Both orders were exactly as described. I have no reservations about placing future orders with them.

The only hiccup was the USPS taking 4 extra days. Part quality and completeness of kit is above expectations

They sent me a bad caliper in there kit. When I went to return it they told me they did not manufacture it and I had to pay for shipping. I’m now waiting on them to repair it and send it back lots of down time.

Ordered two wheel spacers for my 89 Silverado crew cab 4 x 4. Perfect. Lugnut4x4 is the place to go for four wheel drive!

Excellent service as well as pricing. Shawn has been very helpful throughout the selection and purchase process. I have not yet had the kit installed but believe it to be an excellent product. I will update after the installation has been completed.

E-Brake calipers: i purchased a E- brake caliper kit and lost the installation sheet. So I contacted Shawn and he took the time to answer all the questions that I had. Thanks again shawn for you fast response Darryl Webber.
