Top notch customer service! I ordered my kit 2 years ago. It sat in the garage until I got around to installing it. One of the brackets wasn’t bent correctly, Shawn said they had some problems during the high point of Covid (which is when I bought this kit). Even though it had been 2 years Shawn was super fast on emails and sent me out a new bracket right away. Took all of 45 minutes to tear down and swap the bracket. This kit is awesome. I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to put it on, it really was easy. Everything needed was included. If your on the fence about doing this kit don’t be, you won’t regret it.

My box was missing a page of instructions on how the arms of the e-brake were attached. I called and it went straight through to the owner! We calmly talked through the problem, figured out the issue, and found the solution. Great guy, and patient. I’m sure he gets a ton of people calling due to not reading the instructions, but he still answers and get you the answers you need.
Heads up, if you get the e-brake option, don’t use the instructions that come with the calipers. If your e-brakes don’t come with instructions like mine, go on Lugnuts website, dig up the instructions there, and use those.

Not only did they provide an immediate solution to my 8 lug rear disc conversion (C20) but once I placed my order, within minutes I received my confirmation that the order was being shipped.

That’s virtually unheard of…many of those other places takes a few days.

I hardly ever give feedback or reviews on things I buy and when I do it’s generally if something isn’t worth purchasing, that said I’ll start with the customer service, I spent a lot of time researching and looking at conversion kits, emailed a few places asking a question about my main concern (cab chassis and srw) and got no replies BUT did receive a reply back from Shawn within a few hours, after a few emails my phone rang and it was Shawn(had to give my # in order to contact them)! He wanted to verbally speak with me to make sure we were on the same page so I could get the proper kit, that sealed the deal for me! The shipping was fast, even for USPS lol, the kit came in 2 boxes and I could tell by the condition of the boxes that good ol USPS didn’t respect the 2 bright red and yellow stickers that scream FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE, but whoever packed the boxes gets an A+! They used foam, paper and even a couple pieces of 1/8” plastic so the calipers wouldn’t touch the rotors. The quality of the parts is good, I’d say you get more for what you’re paying for, and compared to anything else out there for kits your paying way way less, almost half of what others are! Not sure why there’s a handful of one star reviews but if you read/think about each one you can decipher why or what the problem was, like the one with the bracket “bending” I’d be willing to bet the guy doesn’t have a proportioning valve in the system (brackets are warranted anyways drrr), or the review saying the calipers were poor quality so he used them for cores to buy some at Napa for $20 each….ummm sure those are definitely not poor quality for $20 lol, if I could add a pic of the calipers I would, they are good quality, another plus about the parts is they, Lugnut4x4, give you the actual year, make and model of the vehicle you’d use to get replacement parts!!! They didn’t have to do that, no other place does because they want you to think it’s a “special” part and you must get it from them only (I’m sure that’s how that one dude got those $20 Brembo calipers from napa). So my overall opinion is you literally can’t beat the price and if you don’t care for the quality then at least you would now have the information you need to go buy whatever you like! As for shipping the packaging is top notch, if it’s damaged then point the finger at the over worked delivery driver that played toss the package around with it! Oh and you get a sticker! Sure big deal a sticker right!? Well Rough Country or Super Lift has gotten a lot of my money, could probably buy a knew 2023 truck with the amount, and not one damn sticker!

Absolutely love this product, great craftsmanship and very easy to install. Had some questions after my purchase and got very fast and very good customer service. Would recommend this disc break conversion to anyone that is looking.

Shawn responded right away on a SUNDAY afternoon! I was in the middle of my drum brake job, and couldn’t figure out which rear end kit I may have needed. He was prompt honest but unfortunately did not have a rear disc brake kit for my application. If I ever replace the rear end for one that has a kit, he’ll get my order!
