Awful experience, real fraud
I fully agree with what another user said. I bought two tickets on the official NFL platform and resold them via Lysted for about $400. I transferred the tickets to the buyer and uploaded the Ticketmaster transfer proof to the Lysted portal as required. Everything seemed fine, right? Wrong. A few days after the game, Lysted claimed the buyer reported the tickets as "cancelled" and slapped me with a penalty of over $900. I provided proof of everything, including an email from Ticketmaster stating there were no issues with the tickets. Essentially, Lysted simply took the word of the buyer—who actually attended the game and got a refund to boot. I lost the money from my ticket sales and had to pay an outrageous fine. So, be very careful, because even doing everything right might not be enough! Never using Lysted again.

My account registration (Portal ID: 9L74-YL36) has been stuck since April 14 due to a critical software bug on Lysted's website. The registration form forces a US prefix (+1) onto my Czech phone number, corrupting it into +1 (420) 606-807963.Because of this technical glitch, your automated fraud detection software repeatedly denies my account. Customer support has been unhelpful, ignoring my technical explanations and telling me to fix it in settings—which is impossible due to your broken code. I need a database administrator to manually correct my number to +420 606 807 963 and push my account for verification.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
Absolutely horrible website with the worst (and by that I mean non-existent) customer service. I was in chat with them and a manager told me their normal response time is up to 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Lysted has been an easy transition to handling the resale of tickets, especially when you're on a time-pinch. Life happens and it makes it difficult to make certain events but when you're on a time crunch, you need to be able to list it as soon as you can. And Lysted does just that.
I 've used LYSTED for a number of years and like them BUT...
I have been with LYSTED for a number of years. Overall, I like LYSTED and the services that they offer. They are reliable and deliver on what they promise. Their customer service is helpful and gets back to you in a timely manner.
However, in the past couple of years, my contentment with LYSTED has decreased mainly for two reasons:
1) LYSTED has changed the PAYMENT Model for me so that now, as a seller, I get paid for my tickets AFTER the event take places. This happened about a year ago. Now, if I sell tickets for an event that is 9 months away, I do not get paid until 3-4 weeks after the event. Prior to this change, I got paid maybe 3-4 weeks after my tickets were sold and the transaction was completed. For me, getting paid in this manner was an incentive that encouraged me to utilize LYSTED and set them apart from other similar platforms.
2) There are similar platforms that offer comparable service at a lower cost. LYSTED fees do add up, causing me to explore these other options. Some of these competitors are even on a subscription plan, where you pay a flat fee per month instead of by transaction. I wished LYSTED offered different plans that would cater to different types of sellers.

lysted does a great job at working quickly for certain things. however the platform can lag when uploading shows, they can have the links on inventory to wrong shows, and support can be lackluster sometimes

I used listed to resale tickets that I had purchased in error and the process was fast and easy. I got to sale them the same day at the price I wanted. My only issue has been not getting paid promptly, I am still waiting on that and I am working with customer service on this matter. That is the only thing I have not liked.
Lysted is a solid platform for selling
Lysted is a solid platform for selling, but their customer service definitely needs improvement. It's often hard to reach someone when I have a question or issue. Also, it seems they tend to side with buyers requesting refunds, even when buyers don't claim their tickets. As a seller, I end up losing the sale and getting charged, which is frustrating. Lysted should really look into revising these situations, especially when there's proof of buyer negligence. That being said, everything else about the platform is good.
