What a delightful experience when buying a used car with the guys at M53 Ford. In the past I’ve been chased around forecourt’s when I just wanted to check out the stock!! This wasn’t my experience here at M53 Ford. After a while Neil Morris came over and, without being pushy (or annoying) we struck up a conversation which included the style of car I was after and, quickly and efficiently before too long I was test driving the first of 2 cars that I was interested in. Neil was informative about the cars which meant I could quite quickly make up my mind on what car I felt was suitable for what I needed. After that, again, nothing was rushed or pushy, so much so, I felt at ease to make what has turned out to be the correct decision. Neil was a dream to deal with, always available to answer my many queries and eventually hand over the keys when everything that was promised was sorted. I am so happy with my new car and also the process from first visit to collection. I highly recommend M53 Ford if you are looking for a used car. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever had to write. Well done all at M53 - proper excellent execution from start to finish 👏

I'm afraid I am still not satisfied with certain areas of paintwork on my used Fiesta Zetec I bought a month ago I had some attention to it but now I have found some more area of concern I T was sort of intimated to me that sort of thing is expected on a 9 Yr old £8000, car,

I am so pleased with my new car. I was looked after by Wayne and he made the whole process so easy. I had my 7 year old son with me when deciding which car to go for and the whole team made us feel so welcome and at ease.

What can i say accept Brill i was looked after by Dave and the attention to detail was amazing, if you want to by a car go to group M53 car for a great buying experiance

My daughter passed her driving test and needed a car for uni. Dilemma, buy a banger or treat myself to some new wheels?! Looks like mummy is getting a new car then, so off we went car shopping.

Happened upon M53 Ford, and a friendly sales man called Jamie. After a lot of debating (I was set on a 1.6 diesel and no way would a 1.0 litre petrol out perform a diesel), I took Jamie at his word and took a lovely Focus for a test drive. OMG! he won me over! What a car! I picked up my new wheels this evening, I’m so so happy! Thank you Jamie! 😁

After my car costing too much to get it through MOT I needed to buy a replacement. I visited a few garages to look at the stock but must say M53 was most welcoming. Neil showed me a few options and I went ahead with the purchase. Neil is very attentive yet not pushy. Efficient and helpful but not over the top (as a typical car salesman can be). Owing to my positive experience I took my daughter to meet Neil and he also helped her find what she was looking for.

Word can't express how thankful I am to M53 Ford Ellesmere port for finding me my new car this last week. From first making contact with Neil Morris a week ago yesterday, he found a car for me which I viewed the next day and then arranged to collect a week later. With an amazing deal and the perfect car for me, I literally can't fault the service I've received at all. From start to finish Neil was amazing and has helped sort out everything for me to make it easier. Even down to shopping for the car with my kids and dad and he made an effort to speak to them all and that effort goes a long way. All of the staff there were also amazing. Signing the finance agreement with Christian Jenkins was also made so easy and simple. I was looking for a new car at M53 ford display, Neil Morris one of the dealers came out to speak to me and helped me straight away. He explained the difference between the two cars I was interested in and then helped arrange a test drive within the hour. I loved the car straight away and agreed to get a new Focus. Within a week it was arranged for pick up, and Neil came in on his annual leave day which I really appreciated to help me drive away quickly.
