Well, where do I start? Yesterday I found myself in a very difficult, situation. I won’t go into the full details but suffice to say, the fuel gauge on my car was showing ‘red’ and on arriving at the petrol station to fill the tank, I found I was unable to do so due to a fault with the inlet to the tank. I rang my usual garage, Evans Halshaw, who were most unhelpful. They didn’t listen to my concerns and offered me an appointment well into the future. No use at all, as I was almost completely out of fuel by this time and I live in a semi-rural area, so public transport is not an option. Such a different experience at M53 Ford, where Chris and Liam at their Call Centre, listened to my concerns and told me not to worry but to just turn up at their Ellesmere Port workshop. I did as suggested this morning to be greeted by Melanie in a bright, efficient and friendly way. She asked Rory from the Workshop to take a look at my car. Again, a friendly, helpful young man. Rory and his colleagues in the Workshop fixed the car so that I could put some fuel in the tank over the next few days until a new part is fitted. Over to James now, who once again, showing a true understanding of my situation, rearranged things so that my car could be sorted before I head off to Yorkshire next week. I apologise if I have left out anyone but to a person, you were all so kind, polite, efficient and friendly. You have all gone above and beyond what is the norm. Thank you. Just one last comment. M53 Ford have gained a customer. Evans Halshaw have lost one.

I have used M53 in Birkenhead on several occasions. From start to finish I have always had first class service from Steve. He always gets the best deal he can for you. I picked up my used Kuga this week and as always treated with courtesy and politeness from all the staff. Big shout out for the service team as well. Alison and Aiden always look after you while you’re waiting for you car. Definitely 10 out of 10 for after sales service. I wouldn’t use anywhere else.

Outstanding service. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel a valued customer. Prices for MOT, service, parts and labour are reasonable for a main dealer. Staff were able to arrange a courtesy car for me at short notice and same day parts to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you so much to all of the staff at M53 Ford for your help.

Picked up our new Ford Fiesta today. Service was brilliant as always. Special thanks to Jamie Kelly for guiding us expertly through the buying (and selling of our old Fiesta) process. Have been a costumer with Ford M53 for years and can highly recommend them.

Shocking! Purchased a Ford puma ST line had nothing but problems with it. Continuously on the phone to Ford assistance to come a jump start it. Unsure of what the problem is. Garage no help at all. Still waiting for my internal door to be replaced. Worst experience ever been purchasing Ford car for over 18 years will never be going back to that dealership again terrible customer service.

No pushy salesmen at all left to have a good luck round and was there when needed . Got the keys had a good luck round the car and any questions I had was answered. Jamie the salesman was great kept me informed from start to finish . Chris was a lovely bloke also nothibg too much trouble they both made you feel welcome and wanted to help .
