Fresh produce and fast delivery
The staff that works in Magaza are all amazing. I have been ordering home deliveries, and they always send the fresh products and include a small gift. They think about their customers and have excellent customer service. Delivery is fast and the we can’t wait to receive our order.

Magaza package delivery
I made an order of several food items on the Monday 25th August and it arrived on the Saturday. The delivery company sent me a message on Friday stating that they will be delivering on the day, but there was no follow-up message with delivery timings and there wasnodelivery. I contacted the Magaza team and they said that there was a delay in transit and that the package is likely to arrive on Saturday, which did happen.
On Monday I have received an email from Filip from Magaza asking if my package arrived on Saturday and in good condition. Thank you for a great customer service and the package as well!

Short best before date
Ordered 3 jars of chocolate spread and it only has 3 month's date on it. You would reasonably expect a product like that to have more than 3 month's date on it.

Hi there, based on your details, we can't seem to find records of your order in our system. Please be informed that 3 month’s time for imported products is not considered short-dated. Happy to confirm we have no chocolate spreads with expiry date on them, they are all marked with a best-before date. One of the chocolate spreads we have in stock is on 30% clearance due to the best before date being in November. We are quite proud of our diligence in marking all short-dated products for our customers, aiming to provide a shopping experience similar to in-store (this is done 4-5 weeks in advance). We are always happy to provide info on dates, ingredients etc upfront, please feel free to reach out if you ever need additional info before finalising your shopping with us.

I’ve ordered cokolino baby food which is very difficult to find in UK, but because was my first time ordering trough this website I didn’t read the information regarding the delivery and unfortunately the parcel been stolen front of my house. But anyway Jovana was very helpful and kind trough all the process going with delivery issue, they send me the same order free of charge and also the delivery was very fast.
I would like to share my experiences with the delivery, please always read the information which they are provided before you placing the order. I’m living in terrace house and in not the best area in Liverpool maybe that’s why I face the consequences and I lost my parcel.
I strongly recommend this online shop it’s very trusted and you get very fast customer response like no one else in UK ☝️
