This is the second order I have made and all items are amazing!! I completely messed up my sizing the first time round and customer service was fab!!!!

Item was dispatched promptly and after some delay with the courier, Laurie was very approachable and provided amazing communication, refunding the difference in postage charge. The item arrived and it was 5* quality. The sizing was incorrect (my personal mistake), and with quick replies to email I ordered a replacement and I was issued a refund within a few days for the previous jacket. It’s clear Laurie takes pride in the brand she is trying to create and that is a reflection in customer service and quality of product Maliko have produced! You will certainly have future custom from me!

They replied to my enquires straight away and were very helpful. I’ve just unboxed my package and the stuff is even better than I imagined as the lining is fabulous. Will definitely be ordering more stuff as I envisage living in these clothes all summer! Thank you!

Ordered for the first time when the all black coat came back into stock. Order arrived quickly and wow the quality is amazing. It’s practical and soooo warm, really well made. Yet to wear in the rain but I have no doubts with it whatsoever. Only downside If I’m being picky is that it could do with some more give at the bottom, can be a little tight when bending down to pick up.
Also ordered a hoody because why not and that is just amazing, to have the practicality of the back pocket makes things so easy in weather that doesn’t quite need a coat, again if I’m being picky could maybe do with a little zip pocket on the arm maybe for poo bag storage. Could not be more pleased with my purchases and would definitely recommend.

Laurie does it again!!!! purchased the new jacket recently launched. and WOW! The quality! The fit! The practicality! I am obsessed with all things Maliko, everything is so practical for walks it's so nice not having to stress about remembering everything as your pockets are always filled with everything you need. No extra bags required, no forgetting poo bags haha! and the best part you actually look fashionable and put together on those morning walkies where you've just rolled out of bed.

Great product but I feel packaging needs to be addressed as just arrived in a thin plastic bag .For the cost I'd have expected better protection etc.

MALIKO is a company I use and recommend daily. High quality gear, made by people who care. The team have been great to work with, as well as sending me various spares/repairs bits when some of my gear broke. Believe me, I use this kit daily and it gets worked HARD. If you own a dog you NEED Maliko gear. You really do. I don’t leave the house with my dog without either a gilet or training belt these days! I can fit everything I need no matter what I’m doing with my dog and I’ve not yet found a brand that just ticks all of the boxes no matter what they release. Laurie is so passionate about the business and dogs, and dog training… you just know how much thought goes into everything they do. Very responsive and friendly customer service too - we love Maliko! ☺️
