I ordered a few items for a birthday gift.
Unfortunately the package didn't come and tracking wasn't updating.
When I contacted Laurie to explain the issue, they contacted royal mail to explore what happened.
The order came 2 days later, beautifully packaged. I love the little sticker on the outer box.
Very efficient customer service and prompt at replying to my query.
I will be ordering again and would highly recommend.
The quality of the items are fabulous and true to size.
My sister loved her gilet for her birthday! The rest is for Christmas.

I made a mistake on my order and emailed customer service for help, the team were quick to respond and very helpful. My delivery arrived on time and the quality of the belt is amazing. I’m so glad I bought it, it’s exactly what I needed. I bought it to use for my dog training but I’ve been using it nearly every time I’m walking my dogs because it’s so convenient on our walks too

First attempt to send the requested item was quick. Unfortunately, Royal Mail was not as reliable as MALIKO...

When the parcel did not show up, immediate dispatch of a replacement.

The products were just as advertised and even better quality than I was hoping for. Higher quality than other brands that I’ve previously purchased at higher prices. I will be happily ordering more.

Now I have a system for all the pockets it’s invaluable, and the fleece lined hand warming pockets are genius. My only concern is the quality of the zip- it keeps sticking and I’m worried that it will break.

This is my second purchase and I've basically stocked up whilst the sale was on. I love the leggings and shorts, the fit for me is great and absolutely fantastic for canicross. So happy!

I love the jacket I have one of the first ones in navy and I love that one, I got this one because it has the bigger back pocket which was my only issue with the first one, but this one is in khaki (the navy was sold out) and I'm pretty disappointed with the material, it feels really flimsy and it felt like it would tear as I undid the press stud, I guess only time will tell.
Hopefully I'm wrong but that's how it feels to me, the putter material is too thin.
Otherwise the jacket is fab
