The bracelet looks great
The bracelet looks great. We had to remove 3 pieces to have a better fit also the opening and closing clasp is really good. But you do need help to open/close the bracelet but that's a good thing as you won't accidentally loose it as it won't come undone on its own. Husband is very happy with it and it looks smart and friends have commented on it xx

Service how it should be…
To be honest i am not very good with internet shopping but i seen two pairs of heart earrings on this website which i thought would be ideal gifts for my two Nieces. I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Sharon who was understanding, very patient and talked me through how to order them.
They arrived within two days , very neatly packed and the gift packaging was the icing on the cake.
The girls absolutely love them and have added Melchior Jewellery to their favourite websites.
