Empathetic, friendly and put the customer first.
From the start, Karen was friendly, clear and precise about the options. Time was taken to ensure that I understood what was being purchased and what wasn't as part of the plan. Time was taken to listen to what I had to say with genuine empathy.
This was not about making a sale, it was about ensuring that my wishes were met to my satisfaction.
Absolutely no hesitation in recomending Memoria Funeral Plans as a first option when looking at planning your funeral arrangements.

I’ve been working for Memoria as a celebrant for a number of years and can say I have only positive things to say about my experience. The arrangers I work with Rhonda, Danielle, Nicki and Sue are extremely helpful, professional, efficient and very compassionate. Above all they are very human. I rate them so highly I recommended them to my best friend when her father died. Highly recommended.
