We enjoyed doing business with Metropolitan Bus Charter. The communication and updates were great. Our driver, Tammy was a joy to work with. She was patient with us. She even helped us distribute food to participants. She picked us up on time and got us back to Birmingham in a timely manner. She shared with us how much she enjoys driving for Metropolitan. Wedding Day Shuttle Service
We used 3 metropolitan shuttles to bring our wedding party to and from our wedding venue, as well as our guests to and from the hotel. Every shuttle driver was extremely kind, helpful, respectful, and reliable the entire day, making the experience so enjoyable for our guests and us. Elena was also so communicative and helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us stay within our budget and developing a smooth shuttle schedule. We are so grateful we decided to hire them for our favorite day!

The driver was patient and friendly
The driver was patient and friendly. Most of all he made sure the wedding party arrived at the wedding and then back home safely. The roads were very curvy and dark in the mountains and I appreciated his care.
