Great experience. Alusaine was helpful securing the right size vehicle as our guest list grew, and answered all of our questions quickly. Gave us a lot of confidence. The vehicle was perfect, and our driver, Li, was super friendly and accommodating. This was second time we used Metropolitan Shuttle. Very pleased.

We used metropolitan shuttle for my wedding in VA. The service was fine and they were on time. However, the two star review comes from the fact that in our contract we requested a bus with A/C and a bus showed up that didn't have A/C.... despite the fact that it was 85 degrees, the manager only agreed to give us 10% refund on the service and considered this an "amenity issue." For this reason I would not use them again.

We had a business group in New Orleans with airport and dinner transfers, out client’s feedback was "transfers were perfect!".

From booking to the driver, our experience was exceptional. Elena Tarasova and Michael Greig went above and beyond to make our experience easy and pleasurable. Thank you!

Excellent service! Metropolitan Shuttle representative Al was patient, helpful and accessible. I worked with Metropolitan Shuttle for a bus for our staff appreciation event. It was an excellent experience, Al worked with us even to wire (the same day). Al ensured we had a bus and driver. He provided detailed instructions about pickup and drop-off location for our event on Dec. 2nd. The driver Jackie was excellent, he arrived 30 minutes early and waited for our staff to arrive.

Procuring a shuttle for my daughter's wedding was very stressful as many companies were non-responsive and quite pricey. I worked with Elena Tarasova at Metropolitan and she was absolutely fantastic. She was highly responsive, answering all my question quickly and comprehensively. She understood my needs and found me the appropriate service at a reasonable price point. The two buses came exactly when she said they would, delivering our guests on time both to and from the wedding efficiently. With so much planning and coordination involved in a wedding, the experience with Metropolitan, for both me and our guests, was exemplary. I could not be more satisfied!

Scott was great to work with to schedule transportation for a two day event. We appreciate his professionalism. Tracy was really good and was flexible in our schedule and the multiple stops for our tour. The shuttles were top notch and perfect for our corporate event.

Do not use this company. Metropolitan Shuttle was scheduled to take a group of 40 on a Soul Food and Black History Tour and DID NOT SHOW UP. The services were scheduled, confirmed and paid for. Metropolitan Shuttle refused to return or take calls (even hanging multiple times) in the days leading up to the event. Metropolitan Shuttle then went radio silent after resurfacing long enough to collect payment that was close to DOUBLE the original quote. On the day of the tour after a long delay, Metropolitan Shuttle finally took a call that explained the bus was “on the way” but did not provide arrival time. If you were driving down central expressway in Dallas, Texas of the day of the tour, you would have seen FORTY would-be passengers waiting on a Metropolitan Shuttle bus that NEVER came. It’s clear that despite being paid for the services that were previously confirmed, Metropolitan Shuttle had ZERO intentions of ever showing up. Please AVOID using this company.

Advice to Metropolitan Shuttle: If for some reason, you’ve double booked or got a better bid for your services, be honest and upfront with your customer to allow them to make adjustments instead of going dark, collecting for the services then going dark again only to leave customers literally stranded.

We booked Metropolitan Shuttle for a week for the IMTS 2022 trade show in Chicago, what a nightmare for our guests, late to pick up both at hotel and McCormick place. Drivers didn't know where to go. You would think that the drivers would be familiar with such major locations and how traffic is in the city of Chicago. We will not use or recommend this service to anyone needing such services, I've sent two emails to the sales rep and as of today no reply. Does anyone think this is good customer service?

Do NOT use metropolitan shuttles. I reserved a large shuttle bus to transport my wedding guests to and from the hotels to the wedding venue. Our driver was extremely late, didn’t know the names of the hotels he was going to, lied about his location, and was very difficult to communicate with. Most of our guests had to find and pay for their own rides to the venue so they wouldn’t be late. Even with all the wiggle room we scheduled, we ultimately had to delay our ceremony by 30 minutes. And unfortunately that was just the start of it. We had two return trips scheduled from the venue back to the hotels. For the first trip back at 10pm, he was nowhere to be found. He would not answer his phone, and was eventually found sleeping in the bus. My dad (the father of the bride) missed 45 minutes of the reception trying to reach him, and then eventually helping him turn the bus around. He was not a capable driver and the few guests he transported did not feel comfortable.

I have tried multiple times to contact the company to discuss these issues, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I’ve never written a poor review for a company before, but feel so strongly about recommending AGAINST this company so others don’t suffer the same terrible service.

Great communication, on time, and friendly. Working with Metropolitan Shuttle was an easy and stress free experience on my wedding day.
