Milana studios is my absolute favourite brand. From the quality to the customer service. Milana studios is a sustainable brand that you can wear year after year. The fits is perfect and I feel great.
I also buy for my little girl who is 4 and often we can match which I just love, I honestly can’t recommend the brand enough, There returns policy is clearly stated, how to wash your garments is clearly stated. The customer service has gone above and beyond for me many times. If I could score 10 stars I would. Make and order and you won’t be disappointed 🥰
My way of thinking is you buy cheap to buy dear, so by investing in good quality pieces that will last you a lifetime time is money well spent.

Thank you for your response. I wish to clarify several inaccuracies in your statement to ensure the record is factually correct.
1. The garment in question was worn twice, not “multiple times” as you have stated.
2. The issue was reported nine days outside of your 30-day policy - not “well outside,” as claimed.
3. Most importantly, the existence of an internal policy does not override statutory consumer rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where a fault appears within six months of purchase, it is legally presumed that the fault was present at the time of sale, unless the retailer can prove otherwise.
Your refusal to provide a remedy on the basis of an internal 30 day reporting policy is therefore contrary to UK consumer law. Retailer policies cannot diminish or exclude the rights afforded to consumers under statute.
Given that the item developed a clear manufacturing fault within this six month period, I am entitled to an appropriate remedy, namely a refund or replacement - as stipulated by law.
I find it regrettable that Milana Studios has chosen to rely on an internal policy rather than comply with its legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act. As previously stated, I will now be escalating this matter through the relevant consumer protection channels.

I recently purchased a ribbed long sleeve top from Milana Studios. After only two wears, the stitching came undone under one armpit. I contacted the retailer with photos to request a refund, explaining that the item was faulty.
The customer services representative that I was in communications with (Abi) refused to provide a refund or replacement, saying their website policy only allows issues to be reported within 30 days. They instead offered a 10% goodwill refund towards repair costs.
I explained that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, retailer policies cannot override statutory consumer rights, and that faults appearing within six months are presumed to have been present at the time of purchase unless the retailer can prove otherwise. Despite this, she continued to refuse a refund.
I believe the item is not of satisfactory quality, and the retailer is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act by refusing to provide a refund for a faulty product.
I will be escalating this further as they don’t seem to understand the law and that just because they’ve made a website policy it does not mean it’s law bound. Anyone can make up a policy it doesn’t mean anything if law states otherwise.
The company is now ignoring emails.

Our team reviewed your case carefully, and the issue was reported well outside of our 30-day reporting window, which is clearly stated in our returns and faulty-item policy. This policy is designed to ensure we can properly assess any faults that occur shortly after purchase.
While the fault you mentioned appeared after multiple wears, we still offered a goodwill gesture of 10% towards repair costs, even though this was beyond our stated timeframe. We feel this was a fair and reasonable resolution under the circumstances.
We take customer concerns and product quality very seriously and always aim to act within the guidelines of consumer law. However, we also have to apply our policies that are stated on our website prior to making a purchase consistently to all customers to ensure fairness.

Horrific customer experience
Horrific customer experience. Brought a jumper, pale yellow, wore it once and washed it once to notice when I next wore it there were patches of faded colour all over it. Almost like a tie dye effect.
Returned it for inspection (despite sending off very clear images of the poor quality product) to be dismissed. Apparently the customer service team couldn’t see the issue….. I have the images which state otherwise.
Businesses survive on loyalty and customer service. This brand needs to look after all its customers not just the of the moment influencers.

Faulty Item and Poor Customer Service
I ordered a ribbed top from Milana and it arrived with a clear fault—the stitching near the label was messy and didn’t sit right. I sent a photo comparing it to another top, but they just said it’s “meant to be like that.”
It’s not. I know the difference between a tight fit and a badly made item. I won’t wear it, and they didn’t offer a proper solution like a refund or replacement.
Really disappointed. I won’t be buying from them again.

The returns policy does not reflect the Consumer rights law. The customer service was lacking. I asked to speak with someone via telephone and was ignored. Overall bad service. Products sub par. The Mystery Item was disgusting (should have know) and all other items did not fit. The company does not want to refund me and so I am in the process of disputing this via other methods, which is unfortunate and a waste of my time for something that I am fully entitled to. This business needs to brush up on all aspects of sales as this is not acceptable.

Paypal dispute filed and won due to company deviating from the Consumer rights laws of United kingdom.
If you are refused a refund, please dispute it and don't just take this companies response for face value.

A fabulous family run brand
I love the designs, colours and the quirkiness of the clothing. The quality is exceptional and doesn't fail to impress as the fabrics are excellent and wash well. Milana is the BEST
The quality and quirkiness of Milana clothing speaks for itself. I love the fun designs, the colours and the quality is exceptional. When shopping online you have to take a punt on the fabric, the size, the fit. This companies products are spot on. They do NOT use below par fabrics. Every item that I have bought has washed well. I have purchased, many sweatshirts and wide leg joggers, no fading, no shrinking and most of all, no bobbling anywhere!! I have seen premium designer labels producing sweatshirts and t shirts at a much higher price point and much lower quality fabric for the price tag. Milana aren't the cheapest brand, but you can bet your life that these clothes will still be going strong in many years to come due to their quality. I seem to have an addiction to checking out whats new on their site! Exercising self control and not clicking buy, is very hard when EVERYTHING is gorgeous :-)
