We have now used Mixam to print three versions of our company booklet, and the experience has been excellent each time.

Just as importantly, the ordering and file-review process has been straightforward, and our orders have been produced and delivered as expected.

Loved the product I received- I will be ordering again now that I know the quality is nice- but communications, delivery, and inquiries could use some work.

My package was late, which okay that happens. What I have a problem with is that I reached out to the company 4 separate times to just get a better idea of when the books would arrive. It wasn’t until AFTER the books arrived that I got a response. I emailed, messaged the website, and called (to which no one answered, I had to leave a voicemail that cut me off shortly after answering.) Not communicating properly really tainted my experience and I would have left 5 stars if this part was better.

Books were great quality with no print errors. This would be a five star review, but shipping needs serious work. Books were packed loosely in cardboard boxes, which allowed them to shift back and forth throughout transit. As a result, cover edges were hewn roughly wear.

Overall a great service providing exactly what I asked for, just shy of perfect in that one regard.

Shipped early. Expected Delivery said it would arrive on the 30th. It ended up arriving on the 26. I only ordered one poster but somehow ended up getting 2 of the same poster. excellent quality and service. Plan on coming back for future posters. Arrived in sturdy tube container.
