Mr Mohammed Haroon completed some engineering work on my Vodafone full fibre broadband line, he was very detail orientated and checked everything as well as cleaning up, he was friendly and polite and talked through what the issue had been. He also phoned me around 10 minutes before arriving which was useful. All around good service provided

Mohammed haroon was brilliant and got us all connected in our new house. Cabling all looks neat and he tidied up after himself. Very happy with the service.

MJ Quinn installed fibre broadband on behalf of Openreach. I was worried I would be pressured into having holes or cables where I didn't want them. However, the engineer took the time to talk through the options so that I could make a choice, and the installation is neat and tidy. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is they didn't clear up the small amount of dust and debris left by the drilling.

Full Fibre installation- this was completed by Christopher Creed. Great communication especially as the access to our telegraph post was very tricky. Fitted nicely and work completed to a good standard.

Engineer , Jack Goulty, was punctual, respectful of my home, explained options clearly and was tactful and accommodating to my physical limitations

I appreciated his approachable manner while he completed the work and he ensured that there was as little disruption as possible.

Mohammed has done an excellent job today on installing our new equipment . He was extremely polite & very particular about his work , you have a very good worker & he is a credit to your company , very clean & tidy engineer , nothing was too much for him .

Mohammed Haroon rang me when he was on his way to inform me how long he would be, which was very helpful. When he arrived he was very polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. He found the issue straight away and fixed it in no time. He informed me of the issue and asked if I had any questions and if there was anymore that can be done.
He was definitely very helpful and would use his service again.

Had a full fbre installation today on behald of BT, a chap called Steve Doughty attended, top notch job, took into account the thick stone walls, installed where we wanted it, nothing too much trouble. All done in one hour, perfect, thank your very much!

We signed up for Full Fibre and OpenReach sent these jokers out. Two young lads came out to install the fibre connection and during the installation they managed to blow a brick on the front of our house. They were unable to complete the installation due to the cable duct being blocked, so I had a look at what they had done before they left and noticed the damage to the brick, which they were not going to mention. They had attempted to hide the damage using silicone sealant and when I challenged this the engineer said that he had a brick repair kit at home and would return to repair the damage as he had 'enough problems with OpenReach as it was'. I knew he was lying so I immediately raised a complaint with OpenReach, who then referred the matter to MJ Quinn's, who said the Area Manager would contact me.

Three weeks later and despite me chasing Quinns I have heard nothing, not even a reply to my email chasing them, so I will go back to OpenReach as my original agreement was with them.

MJ Quinn are a disgrace of a company who do not care about peoples properties and employ engineers who will lie and try to cover up any damage they have caused!

Engineer came to fit broadband from a move. All seemed to go well on the inside but after he had left I had noticed he had left a mess at the front of the property, a brown cover, cable and something blue metal. My landlord won't be happy with the mess left.
I informed vodafone who told me to contact Openreach. After doing a review Openreach gave me a link to contact. I completed the link only to be told it's not them so here I am doing a review here. I hope this can be resolved swiftly.
Next time I will definitely check outside before the engineer leaves. I had a good experience with the previous engineer that I did not expect mess to be left.

Mohammed Haroon -Engineer rang ahead to let us know arrival time. Completed installation efficiently, was friendly and well mannered. Made sure all devices were connected to the internet and explained how everything worked before leaving. Left all areas clean and tidy, got rid of rubbish and offered to hoover up. He even tidied up the garden area he was working in. Couldn't have asked for a nicer engineer, a credit to the company.

Tasleem did a good job very pleasent man he explained what he was doing tidy person it all helps when your 73 as being a bit anxious about change.
