STAY AWAY. Do not contract with this company. They quoted $629 and had 7 days advance notice to arrange pickup. They took another 7 days to finally arrange pickup and told me the price would be $900. Quoted the contract stating price increases were industry standard. When I objected they said best they could do was $835. So I asked about cancellation and they again quoted the contract which has a $149 cancellation fee. Funny they know more about the contract then about arranging a pickup within a reasonable time. I was in a spot already waiting a week so I reluctantly agreed. A few days later I was contacted by Amber Brown at Mountway Logistics who quoted a similar price to the original amount and said it was guaranteed with no additional charges. So its not industry standard its bait and switch. Do not let Monarch trick you, call Amber.

Poor communication, lied about service and timeline. Get you hooked on a good price but when they can’t find a carrier force you to cancel and charge fees. Unethical company and wouldn’t recommend

Monarch failed to even look for a driver in a timely manner, ultimately failing to meet the 3 day window commitment, which would have resulted in missing the delivery date required during contract agreement. After I had to call multiple times for update and finally had to cancel because they were not meeting commitment they charged me a $150 cancellation fee for their failure. I would strongly encourage avoiding this shady organization.

Turned out to be a really good experience. I was trying to recover a motorcycle that was my mom's. She passed away a few months ago. And the motorcycle was almost 200 mi away from me. But they showed up a day before they said they would. And they got it down to me in great condition. If I have to ship anything else again I will go through them.

I booked the Bike for shipment, they delivered without any scratch or damage. The service is really great. I defiantly recommend them for future service.

Monarch arranged the pickup of my bike from Florida to California. It took 5 days to travel 2300 miles. It showed up in great condition. Sabrina was personable, extremely helpful through the process & fantastic to work with. I would work with them again.

I was a bit leery when i read some of the reviews after i signed on. However, they did a splendid job. It took a while to arrange especially as they are on east coast where diesel cost $3/gal and California is $5/gal. So they had to jump through hoops to get me service. But they did their job admirably.

This company lied about the service on 2 occasions. First,
tell me the transport of my motorcycle would happen by
Thursday or Friday (03/06/2026) the latest. No word from
them until I asked them to cancel the service and refund my
deposit. I advised them in my first communication that no
one would be at the house after Saturday. I get a call on
Thursday that the pick-up would be Friday as promised, but
the fee would be $200 more. They gave the name and
number of the real transport company. I called and they told
me the pickup is scheduled for Monday. I called back
Monarch and told them to cancel as no one would be there
for the pickup as indicated at least 3 times with them on the phone.

I had the same experience as a previous recent reviewer. The first shipper fell through, which put me in a panic. Monarch was able to find another shipper, but the price was $250 more than the first one. Ouch. Wasn’t expecting that. Failure of shipper to come through was in no way my fault!The shipper who did show up was courteous and efficient. But take my advice: definitely shop around before you make a choice in shippers.

Monarch did their job in finding me a reliable and well-priced carrier in a short amount of time. The carrier required a modest price increase from Monarch’s original estimate, but total price was $180 less than closest estimate. Carrier was super professional. I offered to meet him at a convenient truck stop and I recommend this to others.

My biggest gripe is lack of communication. I paid a $300 fee for “same day pickup” which did not materialize. I put the order in on Wednesday at 1pm with the promise from my dispatcher that it would happen Thursday. He stopped texting me at noon on Thursday and refused to answer any questions. I didn’t even blow him up, three questions spaced 2 hours apart, just asking what to expect so I can plan because I was stranded in a city 4 hours from home. Finally on Friday they sent a truck out and only then did my dispatcher make contact again. I understand you can’t make magic happen, but if you’re going to be late.. communicate! Not to mention that I paid for same day service and received it 60 hours later.
And then there was the driver who seemed like a random civilian. No DOT numbers on his truck. A truck that squatted hard when we loaded up my vehicle. And he did not speak a lick of English. He had a unique language from Eastern Europe and communication was almost impossible.
Also, when monarch charged my card it hit a fraud alert. I had spent plenty of money in the new city and my alerts are not strict. I’m just glad it’s over.

Great communication with Monarch and the Driver on both the pickup and the delivery. Delivered from AZ to OH.

It went well but driver could hardly speak English so it was very hard to communicate.

The driver is cool and very accommodating. He is very professional and friendly and careful with loading and unloading of vehicles! I like that!!

Poor communication, didnt return calls or assist in helping me when the driver didn't arrive when they told me he would.
Accepted no responsibility towards choosing the subcontractored driver.
If I ever need to ship a trailer across country again, I wont use them.
They definitely lived up to all.the other negative reviews.

Delivery was late and late a second time.

I was told my motorcycle would be delivered by the end of my delivery day and I was thinking a reasonable time until I was asked if I could take a delivery at 1am the next day. No way I am starting up a motorcycle at those hours in the morning with my neighbors, much less will I be up. Then I was told he would be there at 9am the next morning. He was 2 hours late. We as customers have lives to live also, not just be sitting around until a delivery shows up. I asked for updates every few hours to be able to go and do what I need to, but the company failed to do this as requested, so we were just stuck at home so we wouldn’t miss our delivery.

Positive note - The company was easy and respectful when talking.

This company is just a dispatch and or broker. I would not suggest using these people. The initial pick up was a window for 2-3. Driver was there first thing in the morning. Spoke zero english. Very pushy to get on the road. Some how drivers and trucks were switched. Another non English speaking person. I wouldn’t recommend using this business at all. Communication is terrible.

Initially, representative was responsive but that was before I paid the dispatch deposit. After paying, there was zero response to 5 or 6 emails asking for updates on pickup and to give me something of a delivery window the day prior. Had to call in and wait on hold to get someone on the phone, which was Andre and Andre is completely worthless. They eventually got a driver but then the price increased almost 100$ from their quote I agreed on- Had I read reviews on Monarch, I would have known to expect the price increase, so that's on me I guess. I think their business model revolves around under-quoting to get you in the door, and then when no driver takes the pickup they jack the price up. Delivery scheduling happened approximately 1 hour prior to the driver wanting to drop off despite many attempts by me to get some kind of time frame the day prior so that I could accommodate around my work schedule. It was fun getting a call from the driver while I'm at work, in the middle of the day Friday asking if there was any way I could leave work to take delivery so that he could continue on to his next destination. I don't blame the driver for that, I blame Monarch and their lack of service and response. I've had a car delivered in the past that was damaged by the delivery driver, and that other company was extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get the problem fixed. I am absolutely certain that had this happened with Monarch, it would have been a complete disaster given their level of service. I gave plus one star because the driver worked with me (3rd party driver) and waited for me to get home to make delivery which really jammed him up for his long haul over night to the next delivery. Whatever, live and learn. I do hate middle-men like this that take a fee and offer absolutely no value whatsoever.
