Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience – would not recommend.
Earlier this year we cancelled our policy with Motor Vision Insurance and received an email confirming that we owed nothing.
Several months later, we started receiving texts, emails and calls from debt collectors saying we had an outstanding balance. After making numerous calls and trying to get to the bottom of it, we were eventually told that it was a clerical error on Motor Vision’s part.
We were told that, because the error was theirs, the amount they were claiming we owed (which was actually more than the original amount) would be waived. However, we were still expected to pay the debt collection company £50!
We have never missed a payment and, had we been correctly informed when the policy was cancelled, none of this would have happened in the first place.
The whole situation was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary stress. We received no apology, just attitude so unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Motor Vision Insurance.
Motor Vision has requested more information but not contacted me directly or apologised. They have requested for the review to be taken down, not looking to rectify there poor customer service or apologise.

The phone number did eventually appear on the chat but I had already posted a review. When I wanted to make a claim for a breakdown, they cut me off, but that is another story.
