Attended a appointment, first thing they want is your money, cash only,would not take card payment, provided all documents which they required, only to tell me after 2 minutes they couldn't continue, for some reason regarding my paperwork, I brought all documents they wanted, asked for a refund, they said I would have to contact there office, tried but got nowhere...do not trust these people all they want is your money, would not recommend this company, please be careful, when handing your money over..

Had a medical last weekend which had been booked well in advance.

Initial booking had to be changed to both a different town and day by the company due to ‘issues’ with the booked site with a request for a cash only payment to be made to the rearranged doctor. On the morning of new booking a phone call recieved cancelling appointment and moving it forward 3 hours as “the doctor was held up at the hospital”.

At the end of the medical I was stung for a section 88 letter that wasn’t knowingly authorised -£15 extra that without paying for wouldn’t have got the medical form signed off.

Doctor told me to contact the office for refund as he couldn’t change the charge on the booking, claiming it was out of his control.

Phone call and email sent to head office but no response 48 hours later. In addition no receipt has been issued by the company nor the doctor for the service they have provided with a claim it is sent by email separately still to be recieved.

Edited review - phone call recieved and refund arranged, the companies online booking process was discussed with regards to the ambiguity surrounding what charges are applied at the time of booking, the lack of a total cost on the order confirmation.

For the clarity if you ask for any ‘extra’ online it applied a charge but gives you the impression that this would be free if booked online as part of the initial order and was only chargable if asked for when you attended the clinic. The company have said they will look into this to make it more clear going forward.

Finding a last-minute slot was incredibly easy and the price was unbeatable. The site offered convenient free parking, and the medical itself was both lightning-fast and highly professional. For HGV drivers needing a stress-free, affordable, and efficient service, I cannot recommend them enough. A seamless experience from start to finish!

My appointment with Medical Motors was quick and simple to book online.
On the day I went in the building about 10 minutes before my appointment and was seen immediately. The Dr was polite and friendly and the whole process was easy and simple to complete. I would definitely recommend to others and would use Medical Motors again.
