MoveStore moved my mum across Edinburgh last weekend and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very first communication Cameron and James offered a friendly, efficient and highly professional service. Thanks to them, the move day itself was a stress-free and actually enjoyable experience (something I never thought I would say!)

From the moment they, arrived Cameron, James and their colleague did a fantastic job. They took great care, covering carpets, dismantling large pieces of furniture and protecting everything (pictures, matresses, sofas) with specialist covers. They worked quietly and tirelessly, always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother.

Unloading at the other end was similar: they carefully reassambled large items and checked my mum had everything in the place she wanted it (they even put her planters of flowers on the Kitchen windowsill, having noted this was where she had them in her last flat - now that’s attention to detail!) My mum was delighted.

I would recommended MoveStore without hesitation and can confidently say Cameron and James will be the only movers I will be using in the future.

Cameron and James have restored our faith in local business people. From start to finish our move with ‘Move Store’ was exemplary. From the respectful quiet communication between themselves when
moving the furniture to asking if we may need them to rearrange anything after they had completed the job, every detail in relation to excellent customer service was taken into consideration. Gold Standard. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm .

I cannot fault Cameron and James they are hard workers, polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble even when my storage unit was up 3 floors and at the far end they still had a smile on their faces. They looked after my belongings as if they were gold. They made a stressful time easy and constantly reassured me. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I move back to Edinburgh.

After searching for the right company to organise my move from Edinburgh to London, I feel very lucky to have selected James and Cameron for the removals job. Professional, friendly and courteous from start to finish, with great advice at every stage too. Cameron and James did our move at relatively short notice. They worked with us to find a schedule and their customer focus continued throughout the move. We have done 6 international moves before this local one and MoveStore certainly made it easy. They worked really hard throughout the whole move and looked after our stuff really well. I've already recommended MoveStore to our neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them widely.

Another removal firm let us down and MoveStore were able to book us in at short notice. We were moving boxes from storage and did a full house move. The guys were friendly and professional and took great care with everything they moved for us. I can't recommend them enough.

James and Cameron did a fantastic job moving me from my flat to my new home. Was so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and transparency making everything as easy as possible for me whilst everything else seemed to be going wrong on the day! I was losing my mind with banks n solicitors causing delays getting the keys, but the guys were super understanding, and made the actual moving of my belongings completely stress free, when I eventually got the keys.
