This site is SCAMtastic for sure! I ordered my hoodie on 12/13/22 and still have not received it. I fully expected to get it sometime after Christmas when I ordered, but I still haven't. When I look up the tracking number it says tracking number not found. I called, went to VM...I emailed a few times, NO response. I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered. Now i'm sending a dispute via my credit card. PLEASE do yourselves a favor and find other sites for similar products...make sure they are TRUSTED sites!

REVIEW UPDATE: A few days after I left this review, I checked the initial email to make sure I was outside of the expected time to receive my order, which I was not. I decided to wait until the promise time was exceeded, but I received my order within the time they specified and it was just as it was described. For this reason I upgraded to two stars because I did receive the product, however the inability to reach someone and the inability to accurately track packages definitely makes you feel as if you've been scammed. They'd be good to go if they can find a way to fix this.

This is a SCAM!! I just had the exact experience as the rest of you. Phone number goes straight to voicemail… cannot locate tracking number. SCAM

Again wouldn't let me rate at zero or negative. Quality of item was poor, very poor, Chinese sweat shop poor. It this item had been on wish is would have been $2.00 and id still have been ripped off. Wouldn't wipe my bum with something this poor quality. There is no way a company would allow a product this poor to be licensed so obviously FAKE!

Item arrived about 3 weeks later than promised, and they don't respond to emails and tracking numbers don't work. Looks like its been drop shipped from China looking at labels.

As for customer care. Nope that doesn't exist either, so Paypay dispute and distance selling rules to try and get $49 back.... Simply don't bother this company are a SCAM.

Horrible company, no customer service whatsoever...phone goes straight to voicemail, emails go unanswered, even though they say response within 2 business days. Ordered product early December, still nothing,nothing at all. Have started a dispute for the charge with my CC company.

If you want a nice, quick easy purchase experience, steer clear of these shysters......they are crooks

No customer service. Never responded to multiple emails. Called, went directly to a full voice-mail. Company phone # is New York, but product is made in and shipped out of China. Do not purchase from this company.
I did get my order in a month, was sent to my daughter as a gift, so im not sure of quality.

This should have ZERO stars! I ordered my hoodie on 12/16/22 and still have not received it. When I look up the tracking number it says tracking number not found. I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered. I have sent emails several times with no response!!

This must be a scam. I ordered and paid for my hoodie on 11/30/22 and never received anything and no one will respond to my emails. What a joke for a company. Very upset and misled. Never received a hoodie and had to dispute the charge to my credit card.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a fraud! You will not get a response if you have questions or concerns before / during / after your order. I have sent over 9 emails between the time I placed my order 12/8/22 and the time I received everything after Christmas on 12/29/22 when after trying everything on, the Hoodie and shorts did not fit. I have been trying to get a refund or exchange. I have submitted MULTIPLE emails and although they claim they will respond in 2-3 business days, the wont. Save your money and your time!!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, Office of Consumer Affairs and with the BBB and any other compliance organization that I can reach!

Seems like one of those scam companies

Never received my snoopy hoodie money taken out of my account on Nov. 24th 2022. It's now Jan. 5th 2023. No way to find out if they even sent it. I'm writing this and hoping every on that looks to buy from them know they are fraudulent.

Ordered sweatshirts paid for them all on 11/25/22 have tried emailing several times and calling the phone numbers are no good I was supposed to get the shirts in 2 weeks its now 1/5/23 still nothing we should be allowed to give Negative stars. I have yet to even gen any response period.

I ordered a Stranger Things hoodie for my grandson in early December even paid extra for expedited shipping and was told I would receive it Dec 20th. I got suspicions when the tracking number did not work and emails got an automated response. Even the phone number provided went straight to voice mail. After reading these reviews I realized I was scammed so I contacted my bank who issued a credit and started a fraud investigation. Surprise surprise I received my hoodie today and I am convinced the bank contacted them because it seems like too much of a coincidence. I will never order from this company again because there is no excuse for not responding to a customers concerns about their order.

Update: Finally received it on January 7,2023. Kept tracking and it said it was delivered January 6. So it took about 6 weeks. It’s not really sweatshirt material but it’s ok. Will never order anything from them again though.
Should be zero stars. I ordered on November 25,2022 and still nothing. I’ve emailed them umpteen times with no reply. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered. And I keep getting emails about sales. I don’t know how they can get away with this. My tracking says it was delivered to my local currier on December 18. Which local currier? USPS? UPS? FEDEX? I feel so stupid for falling for this. I won’t buy anything from Facebook until I do research on it. I hope these people get caught scamming people. And why would they keep emailing me about every day with a sale?

Ordered a Minnie Mouse Hoodie for my cousin as a gift. I never received a tracking information. I have called and sent three emails—nothing. Not even an acknowledgment. This is a total scam and something should be done to protect us from these dishonest predators.

I ordered a hoddie in the middle of November for my son for Christmas and even paid a tip in the order and I still haven't gotten my hoddie and paid 50 dollars for it. I checked the tracking number and the last update to it was on December 22. It says transfered to local courier but doesn't say which local courier it got transfered to. I have sent 23 emails since I ordered and no response. I can't even find a number for them. I'm beyond disappointed and angry.

I ordered a Tom and Jerry Hoddie from this company. I was promised delivery before Christmas and still have not received my merchandise. The tracking number the company sent is invalid, when you call them it just goes to voicemail and I've sent two emails and haven't received any responses back from the company. As far as I can tell based on my experience so far, this is a scam company that steals your money and provides fake tracking numbers and fake promises of delivery. I want my $49.94 back from this company.

Ordered on November 26th. Still no shipment. Tracking updates say in transit. Been in transit for 6 weeks. No response to emails. Phone goes to voice-mail. It's a damn shame Facebook allows these adds. I give Facebook 0 stars as well. Boo.
Just saw they also use the name Zippy Hoodie. Same issues
