I order Oct 1 never received my order this is fraud

I ordered a zipped hoodie from them on September 30 2023. Emailed them about the tracking number not working. I got an electronic email 1 second later. I wrote back a second time saying I want to talk to customer service. No reply. Left another message on the 16 of October 2023 got the same electronic message wrote an extra note. And still no reply. Very bad service. As far as I can tell this site is fake. Someone is living of our hard earned money. They are to lazy to go to work and earn their own money. They would rather still from people on the internet. People running this site should be jailed. And have to pay back all money they stole from the trusting customers.

I ordered a couple of hoodies from them on July 4th it’s now august12th still haven’t received them no reply sent numerous emails no response they are a joke an fraudulent website don’t order from them

I ordered the purple tiger hoodie TWICE & TWICE they gave me black flames. They really gotta learn to read the order.

From Quebec, Canada. The only and big negative aspect is that there is no way of tracking its shipping movements, the tracking code given to me by email never showed up in the search engine, which is like buying something blindly, not knowing where the package was at any given time. Hoodie is very nice quality though and very colorful. I would purchase products from them again without problem, reminding myself that the product will reach me eventually, but without the possiblity of being able to track its movements.

never got my hoodie, they won't respond to my voice mails or e mails, they won't refund my money, this place is a total fraud!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely NO customer service. Avoid this place or pay at your own risk. They send out a computerized message that noone responds to when you reply. No way to reach a human or get an answer for an error in an order. Shop someplace else or you will find yourself donating your money to them for nothing.

I was sent the wrong item. When I reached out to customer service, they did not respond, so I filed a complaint through PayPal. My3dhoodie told me I would have to return the item at my expense and they would not refund original shipping charges. PayPal's resolution was that I would have to pay (international) return shipping charges and then, when it was verified that they received the item, I would receive a refund for the purchase price and initial shipping costs, but I would be out the cost of return shipping to another country because the company sent the wrong item. I get to pay for their mistake and am left with nothing to show for it. The customer service is atrocious, and I recommend never doing business with this company unless you want to spend time and money for nothing.

Placed an order for a kids' hoodie on 12/14/22. Did not receive the hoodie until 1/14/23 and it was HUGE. No way it was sized for a 10yo child. I have since emailed my3Dhoodie 6 times, DMed their Instagram account, and called 2x and left messages. No one will return my emails, DMs, or phone calls. After reading other customer reviews, it's apparent that this company is a SCAM. What can be done to get customers their money back and shut this business down?

Well I'm giving them a 2 star only because I actually recieved my hoodie but everything else was such a drag the tracking # never worked the phone # went to voice mail every time and it took a whole month to arrive. The quality was also on the poor side material was thin not sweatshirt material more like that slick material. I actually had ordered it for my daughter n within the few days I couldnt get the tracking # to work I ordered the exact same hoodie from another co. & was much happier with the quality it was actually soft like a hoodie should be the logo was the same but overall I would not recommend my3Dhoodie especially that you cant even contact them. This is a fraud a it’s a negative star. I ordered on December 9th 2022 it’s Jan 39th 2023 I got no sweater and can’t get a hold of anyone

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order of three hoodies on December 2nd, 2022 and hoped it will arrive before Christmas. Waited for a whole month, sent an email with an auto reply saying they will get back to me in 1-2 business days. Waited again...no response back whatsoever. So I drove to my bank and explained to them about the situation and they told me to call customer service, which I did. Filed a complaint and then got my money back right away. ⚠️DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A FRAUD.⚠️

Company a total fraud. Never got my sweatshirt. Phone an answering machine. Never responded to messages! Tracked my so called shipment-was in Poland!! Don’t buy anything from them!

I didn't read the reviews before I ordered and I always do. I ordered a hoodie on 12-21-22 and still haven't received anything. It's not 1-26-23. Scammers DO BUY!

Placed an order on 12/16, received my items on 1/14, despite paying for expedited shipping. The hoodies seem ok,the only issue is I ordered 4 and only two of them fit, which is odd because my wife and I ordered the same size (4XL) and the one for me fits her and myself, however hers appears to be a different size, despite it being a 4XL also. The same for the hoodies I ordered for my adult children, my son can fit his and my daughter cannot fit hers, despite it being a size bigger. So with that being said, be aware that you may not receive the sizes you requested. At any rate, I may try to make an exchange, but I doubt I will be successful. Unfortunately, this may be a tough lesson learned and I will have to take somewhat of a loss.

I orded a xxl tinkerbell, the one they sent me was an xl Mickie Mouse.

It took 3 weeks but we got the hoodie and my son loved it

I placed an order for 3 hoodies on 12-13-22 and was told it would be in before Christmas. It is now 1-12-23 and it has not come in yet. My wife ordered after me and her order has came in already. I have emailed them 2ce with no response from them at all. I am now forced to go to my bank and do a recovery to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!
