I cannot fault this dental practice. I visit Dr Venella Chininillie and her nurse Mahvish. Venella is such a fantastic person and SO friendly and she and Marvish are fantastic. I highly recommend this practice as the receptionists too are so helpful. 🙏

I am so grateful and proud to have reached the midway point of my recovery from trauma which affected my smile and dental well being. Permission has been give and encouragement warmly received to share with anyone who may possibly face a similar journey of recovery as myself. In the hope that it reassures. Dr Karina and the team at Mydentist Poynton I am proud to pass on are recognised as being Trauma Informed in their practice. My dentist is an excellent practice, extremely clean, helpful and friendly staff and the dentist makes you feel relaxed. The location is easy to get too. Highly recommend

Receptionist were very welcoming. Was greeted at the door by the dental nurse who immediately put us at our ease at it was the first time we were meeting our new dentist. The dentist understood my daughter was nervous and was marvellous with both of us. He explained everything he was doing and was very clear about treatments moving forwards.

Been with my own dentist for years trusted him explicitly. This came along and took over, if you cancel an appointment you are threatened with being kicked out of the practice the same goes for my whole family. What kind of dentist practice does this for heavens sake. The new male dentist had my daughter in law in a huge amount of pain after giving her teeth a clean and told her to shut up and get on with it. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff seem to be passionate and devoted their work. Very friendly receptionists, nice happy smile on arrival. Premises are spotless, as they should be. Procedures I went through were painless(fillings and scale and polish). Used to dread the dentist but its not so bad these days!

The dentist was very calming and gentle. Explained various issues and best solutions. It was a great experience and
my partner is terrified of dentist but came out very happy and will have no problem returning

Friendly approachable staff, very knowledgeable, always treated as an individual not just a client. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My appointment was for multiple extractions that had bothered me for some time. The appointment was handled with superb professionality from the moment I entered. The receptionists presented a calm caring attitude which was continued throughout. In the chair each stage of the procedure was explained in detail and I was re-assured it would go at the pace that suited me. All was finished painlessly and without stress. I left in a calm and very satisified state. All my visits to Talbot Green, My Dentist have been calm and prefessional and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I am still able to receive NHS treatment at Queensferry Dental Practice. I have been with them for over 20 years.The dentists are always proficient and pleasant.Will fit you in at short notice if you have any problems with your teeth. Reception staff pleasant and proficient too.

Friendly staff created a relaxed friendly atmosphere. There were plenty of opportunities to ask any questions, a very well run, professional practice. I was also updated well in advance of any changes.

As a nervous patient,I was immediately reassured by Dentist Johanna and Dental Nurse Jaya.During my dental procedure,Johanna explained step by step what was happening,which helped significantly with my anxiety.After my dental procedure was complete,Jaya gave great aftercare advice and reassurance.Many thanks to both Johanna and Jaya for their exceptional professionalism and kind words.

I required 2 fillings to broken teeth and it was some time before I could follow it up because of other medical matters. I managed to get a double appt' with Lucian who offered to do both or have separate sessions. I chose to have them done asap and the work was done without anaesthetic at my request and was pain free, straight forward and completed fully. I have great faith in Lucian a first class dentist, who is very considerate and careful, ensuring that during the work you are not in discomfort and that the work is suitable for your dental needs. Recommended.
