Camille is the absolute experience she is clear gentle precise i dislike needles and never need one she drills etc and im never in discomfort if she leaves i will follow she is amazing generally the staff are all so accommodating. Thank you for the beautiful work Camille and the kindness from the staff.

As always My Dentist is always an easy and pleasant experience - and it's not often people say that about going to the Dentist! But I honestly mean it - I was a patient at BUPA and I will Never give a recommendation to that Company.
The Dentist who deals with me is so very good as an example I can say she did some work and I didn't know I'd had an anaesthetic until I was at home later. As far as I'm concerned that's amazing!

Felt like a criminal on trial for wanting to cancel my plan ( pay as you go plan) they assess what treatment/appointments you have had against your payments - they gained and I forfeited but still felt on trial.

Pleased I joined another private practice in July and that was my last visit today. They are overpriced and the business side isn’t very welcoming.

The young receptionist was professional and helpful but I know the actions had been from the awful practice manager who was rude and turned her back on me at my last visit.

Customers pay towards your wages and it costs nothing to be kind, polite and helpful.

For me its the lady on the reception desk all the time when ringing for the appointment she is so nice on the phone even when you are in the surgery her smile and kindness is everything you wish to come back all the time ,I have even move house but I cannot change my dentist because of her well done sis unfortunately I don't know her name I would have said it here she is one of the kind overall all of them even my Dentist Doctor all in all best

The staff are always friendly and helpful. My appointments are punctual and the practice has now moved to a very accessible place with plenty of parking.

The staff here are lovely. I’m always greeted with a cheerful smile by whoever is in reception. The premises are spotlessly clean and comfortable. My dentist always explains what he is going to do before he does it and he always makes me feel more at ease than when I first walked through the door.

Clear explanation given for the treatment received, no problem with injections, cavity cleaned & filled, once pain killer had worn off, no discomfort experienced.

Dental surgery is very clean, Modern and well equipped.
Staff are very polite,friendly and highly qualified and professional.

Very friendly ....took the time to explain every thing that was happening , also gave you options on how you wanted to proceed....I rate them highly, if you are nervous of the dentist or of the procedures , you are in very good hands . 🙌

Super staff, appointments always available in a timely manner & Jane just excellent

I visited my dentist in Welshpool to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I was very nervous as I had never had an extraction before. He was very kind and patient and put me at my ease straightaway. He explained everything that would happen and that I shouldn't feel any pain. If I did, I was to signal to let him know. He told me the procedure would only take about 5 minutes. He carefully gave me 2 injections in my gum to anaesthetise the area and he was very gentle and I hardly felt it. When he began the procedure, it was exactly as he described and I felt no pain whatsoever. It was over in a couple of minutes, to my surprise. He then showed me the tooth and where the decay was so that I could see for myself. The gum area was packed with gauze and he gave me instructions for the aftercare to ensure that I didn't get an infection or any further problems. I was extremely impressed with the dentists attitude towards me and his expertise and would not have any concerns if I needed any further dental treatment. Excellent service.
