This is just the most wonderful practice. The receptionists are incredibly helpful and my wonderful dentist not only gives me expert care but also makes the whole experience so much less stressful. It is always a pleasure to visit Dolphin Street.

I’ve been with My Dentist,Dental Practice ,Pine Road, Bournemouth for several Years now ,and I’ve always received A Top Service every time . All the Dental Team are great ,especially Sainath Reddy who is my preferred Dentist . He gives me True Advice on my Oral Health as well as going forward to treatment that I’d like done Next Year . The Reception Staff are lovely too , Debbie has a great team around her too . Please don’t hesitate if you’d like A Dental Surgery that puts you at ease . My dentist in Hessle is a lovely dentist, friendly staff who always go above and beyond. Ricardo always makes myself and young daughter feel comfortable, explains everything very well and is very caring and friendly. 10/10 x x x

Managed to fit my daughter in, in an emergency when she broke her front teeth. Fab service.

Bunch of scumbags unless your throwing cash at them they don't care they can cancel on you 4 times at last minute and expect u to be okay with it but soon as you have health issues and hospitalised and cancel just twice they threaten to kick you off there list and go u need to email managment who btw do not respond they ignore your emails too also the equality act 2010 means nothing to them because what they have done and how they have treated my partner is illegal in the uk the receptionist at the walsall town centre branch needs sacking all of them do 😡

I was so nervous about having a tooth extraction. My dentist was excellent. He told me what and how it was going to be done and was reasuring, polite and caring.My past experience having a tooth extraction was terrible This time no problem and my nerves quickly calmed down. Many Thanks.

Appointment time kept, no delay, reception staff and clinicians professional. Building and environment clean and fresh. Service with a smile 😃

I registered as an NHS patient.
I had a very slack front tooth which was going to come out. I got a cancellation appointment right away. The dentist took my impression and I didn’t lose the tooth. 1 week later I had my new acrylic tooth fitted and a filling done seamlessly at the same time.
A fantastic service and the dentist, dental assistant and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend, in fact I already have given the details to 2 colleagues who have also registered as NHS patients

I have been an NHS patient at this practice for around five years, and my experience has left me seriously disappointed, particularly with the lack of preventive dental care. Despite repeatedly asking for professional cleaning to address tartar build-up and gum problems, I feel that too little has been done to prevent or address the deterioration of my dental health.

The overall quality of care I have received has left much to be desired. I have also been left with the impression that, as an NHS patient, I am not receiving the level of attention and care I should reasonably expect, while private treatment remains available at the same practice.

I know the law and I know my rights as a patient. When I raised concerns and challenged the care I was receiving, I felt that, instead of properly addressing those concerns, the practice resorted to intimidating me by accusing me of aggressive behaviour, which I strongly deny.

I would encourage anyone who has experienced similar problems to come forward and raise their concerns through the appropriate channels. If patients remain silent about their experiences, nothing will change. We need to speak up if we want standards of care to improve.

I have to say that I think this is the best dentist that I’ve ever had! Kind, patient, so gentle, that I fell asleep whilst I was having my root canal done!
Everyone in the practice, from receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist, was consistently polite, kind, helpful and positive. The practice itself has been recently refurbished and is looking and feeling so calm and clean. I certainly recommend them!

Ultra modern dental practice in town centre with friendly efficient staff

Disappointing experience today. Not checked in - even though I gave my name etc. Then when seen was given less than 5 mins and the reason I was there wasn't dealt with. As someone who suffers with chronic pain, having to sit and wait well after my appt time and then have nothing done - it wasn't a proper check of my teeth, and now I have to come again, which means sitting in more pain.
I've been with the practice for 30+ years, and have always been delighted with my treatment, but today was definitely a disappointing experience.

Eleanor is my dentist i see and shes just the most amazing caring and very gentle dental surgeon iv ever been treated by. She knows her stuff too. The girls on reception are lovely the dental nurses are lovely too. My dentist whiston has been really good to me my daughter.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The appointment times are really flexible with late evenings and weekends.
The dentists and hygienist are very good and explain everything clearly.

My daughter has braces through the NHS here. Firstly i would say that the staff at the clinic have been friendly and welcoming.

The 3 star is due to appointment cancellations, which i believe are due to the fact we do not have a private agreement with them.

2 appointments cancelled due to staff being absent and the next appointments offered each time being months away. (October cancelled, shifted to January)

If you are an NHS patient you might find yourself a little frustrated.
