Super staff, appointments always available in a timely manner & Jane just excellent

I visited my dentist in Welshpool to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I was very nervous as I had never had an extraction before. He was very kind and patient and put me at my ease straightaway. He explained everything that would happen and that I shouldn't feel any pain. If I did, I was to signal to let him know. He told me the procedure would only take about 5 minutes. He carefully gave me 2 injections in my gum to anaesthetise the area and he was very gentle and I hardly felt it. When he began the procedure, it was exactly as he described and I felt no pain whatsoever. It was over in a couple of minutes, to my surprise. He then showed me the tooth and where the decay was so that I could see for myself. The gum area was packed with gauze and he gave me instructions for the aftercare to ensure that I didn't get an infection or any further problems. I was extremely impressed with the dentists attitude towards me and his expertise and would not have any concerns if I needed any further dental treatment. Excellent service.

I must start this conversation by telling you I am blind and has anybody can tell I’m very nervous. I joined this practice and the trust I have gained is amazing. They are so caring and they never rush me. They Guide me and make me feel safe. I would strongly recommend these to anybody.
