Hi Giaco, I've just looked into this today and can see you ordered a gas bottle from the website to a non 'OX' postcode. We tried our best to include the local delivery information in as many places on each gas bottle web listing without going over kill - you'll see it is on the side bar as the page loads and again at the bottom of the listing.
I can see you placed the order on 28th March and the refund was processed on Friday 3rd April, within the same working week from receiving the order. I can assure you we are not trying to hold on to your money and any hold up will just be in the website processing the refund.
We work hard to deliver a good service and constantly take on feedback to make our service better. Leaving us two negative reviews for the same issue is damaging to our online reputation which could have been avoided completely had you read the web listing before purchasing.

Nice back story to the wood sourcing
Have had 2 local delivery orders now. Both times really nice drivers. Once ina tail lift truck, the other with a trailer with it’s own crane.. Wood burns well etc

Hi Kevin, I've replied to similar reviews before regarding this and it really is difficult to update customers on delivery timings with the nature of delivery driving changing so often we often cause more damage than good when giving delivery updates.
We always recommend leaving us instructions on where to leave the delivery and we also cover our logs with a sheet in case it should rain so that nobody needs to be home for the delivery. However if you're really concerned or if there's a reason the delivery can't be left safely somewhere please give us a call and we will try to give an idea of the delivery date.
