We specialise in petrol station forecourt distribution, we wholesale kiln dried logs and associated products to be distributed to retailers across the UK and we have our own manufacturing facility producing pini kay wood briquettes supplying the UK wholesale market. We have a small shop selling all of our products at our site in Oxfordshire (OX7 4BZ) and we also have our own sub licensed AdBlue and screen wash production plant packing own label and private label items. Customer service very offhand when we didn’t bring an IBC with us to exchange. We are new to the industry and just followed what the website said. Won’t be ordering again. We since took an IBC to them to make it right, didn’t even get a thank you. Very offhand

Hi Jake, although 'new to the industry' you mentioned on the phone to me that you had ordered IBC's in the past from another company and placed deposits for these. I then suggested that you were likely to know that new IBC's either need a deposit or replacement and you replied 'well you should just make it clear on the website'.
The website is now more clear at the payment stage however at the bottom of our IBC listing it did state the following '(Refill IBC’s are only available to customers who have a previously bought from MyFuels and have a MyFuels IBC for collection with seals and serial tags unbroken. If the IBC is not collected when the delivery is made then a £160 + VAT charge will be due). Contact us before ordering if you have any doubts about your IBC.'
When your driver arrived, we gave you a call to explain that we needed a deposit or replacement while our yard worker loaded your driver up with a new IBC - I'm not sure what is off hand about that, it's about as straightforward as can be. We then allowed your driver to leave with the full IBC and no deposit/replacement, just on the basis of your word that you'd bring one back. If I'd have seen your driver again when he dropped the IBC off the following day, I'd have certainly gone down and had a chat, just as we did the first day he came by, unfortunately I didn't see him come into the yard.

Great staff and Great wood
I ordered the Kiln Dried Mixed Hardwood Logs Bulk Bag it arrived on the date I requested ,due to doing shift work I asked via email to select a date and Steven was so helpful.
Delivery driver was lovely friendly and helpful where he delivered the wood due to our silly gravel driveway.
Would highly recommend this company and the wood is heavy and burns very well.

Best fire logs for the money
Best fire logs we’ve had for the money delivered within the area. Ordered and delivered within 48hrs during Christmas. Logs are great.

Good Service but Smaller Load
Good service, but as the price goes up so does the amount of bark in each delivery. Number of logs is a lot less too, user to fill the log store with one load but now probably 20% less. Welcome to modern times I guess.

Good morning and thank you for leaving a review although its a shame you've experienced this and I'd be keen to know more. If you come to order from us again, please give us a call and ask to speak to Steven.
Just to explain why it'd be good to know more is that for the past two years we've used the same bulk bags and the same supplier of logs. There could have been changes on their end to how the logs are cut but not that we've noticed or been made aware of and certainly nothing that should lead to a change like that. The price of timber even came down for us this year so we were able to drop the price of a bulk bag from £115 last year to £110 this year so can't make sense of it. Thank you for the feedback either way. I hope you still find MyFuels the best value in the area and hope to have your custom again.
