Reading the reviews on Trustpilot before selling my bike with MyNextBike put my mind at ease.
It's easy to assume there's a scam involved when you sell your bike and have to wait around 30 days to receive your money.
My experience with MyNextBike was exactly as they described from the outset! I put up an advert which was very simple and the help to value your bike was great! The bike sold within hours and promptly followed by correspondence to arrange collection with their trusted courier. The couriers were brilliant and couldn't fault them at all. I was able to track the progress of the courier up until the bike was delivered to its new owner.
The service clearly states that for first time sellers, the funds will become available 30 days after the new keeper has had the bike for 48 hours to ensure they're happy with it.
30 days later I requested my payment, I was sent a form to provide my bank details and an hour later it was in my account.
Is it daunting sending off your bike and trusting a company will stick to their word and give you the money when the release period has elapsed? Of course it is! However, for a growing company I think they done a great job and can see them being the household name for selling bikes online in the future!
Overall I'm very happy with the service and would have no issue using MyNextBike in the future!

Sold my bike quite quickly. The success of the site is shown by the fact that the purchaser paid more for the bike than I had advertised on EBay. The collection was smooth with updates on progress. It’s a shame that there were no updates between the time the buyer received the bike and the payout. This has been mentioned by other reviewers and I hope the MyNextBike will improve this, to make the post-sale element as good as the bike listing.

I accepted the terms that it could take up to 30days once buyer accepted to receive my payment but corresponding with staff and providing evidence of purchase meant payment was made much sooner. This operation is stress free and simple to use. Fully recommend Mynextbike for easy sale or purchase of great bikes.

All quite seamless. Sold within a fortnight albeit at a price less than I expected. To be fair I also advertised on Gumtree but had no responses worth mentioning. Bringing the bike to a national market was a big factor in completing the sale. The pick up was exactly as planned. Thought the lead up period to receiving the cash was longer than I'd hoped. Having said that 30 days was the timescale I was told to expect and settlement was some 25 days. I was also reassured by the regular updates by email. Happy to recommend the site to anyone considering selling an e bike.

Process for advertising was quick and easy. Bike sold very quickly. The time waiting for payment was quite long, but this was explained on the website. When I did enquire when I would receive payment, as it was approaching the 30 day payout deadline, this was dealt with very quickly by Matt and I received my payment the same day. Might be useful for the system to provide an email update to sellers about expected payment date ahead of payment being made.

Sceptical at first about using My Next Bike as like many people I didn't like the idea of parting with my bike without the cash ... However after a conversation with Julie she gave me a lot more information and confidence to go with My Next Bike.

Everything went really well, the pick up is done professionally and efficiently, and the turnround is all done in just over two weeks from 'Pick-Up to Payment'.

Highly recommended company, will use again and give my positive experience to our High Peak Bike Club.

As a seller the experience was good. The courier came to pick up the bike and was very quick to get to the buyer. After just less than a week I have received my money. Only thing I would say is that the fees for selling are very high and they raised them after I sold my bike however I was able to contact support and was sorted out quickly to origional amount. Overall very helpful and is a safer way to sell than fb marketplace who i have had 2 people trying to steal my bike!

I just sold my BK30 HITWAY bike on my next bike. Payment was swiftly made to my account after buyer was satisfied with purchase. Having a honest customer service that answers calls even on weekend when he’s not at work is highly commendable. I will recommend mynextbike.com 100 percent. Thank you for not disappointing.

The selling process itself was ok, I recieved an offer, I countered, and it was accepted. The bike courier service went really well, smooth handover of the bike. The only thing I would say needs to improve is the getting paid stage/process. There was a 48 hour period after the bike is delivered in which the buyer can complain, but you have no idea what is going on, if there was a section of the seller portal that confirmed if the buyer was happy/unhappy this would be useful, and after this, you are left in the dark about payment. After contacting customer service, I was told up to 28 day wait for payment, which I was ok with, but there is no record, or section of the website that says 'payment pending' or '28 days left before payment', so it feels like you are in the dark a little bit. The section of the website to enter your payment details was also very hidden and I stumbled across it, if I hadn't, my payment might have been delayed further. My payment wasn't sent at the time it said it would have be sent by. I contacted support and it was sent the next day. The customer service is good and I appreciate the quick reponses, however I feel like the website and the payment process (the most important part for sellers) needs to be improved to give people more confidence when selling and the internal process need to be better to ensure the payments are processed on time.

It says u haveMessages but you check and no msg there then a day or so later the msg comes up. I lost penental buyers and had an offer wich I exsepted the purchaser never got my exseptance msg and he thought I couldn't be bothered to respond to him. Days later I got his msg saying he never got mine I sent him screen shots but by then he had found a bike on ebay I can't blame him though, it's totally this sight think very very cerfuly befor u use them there really poor/bad.

Bought the Engwe Pro 20 and the whole experience was spot‑on from start to finish. Communication was clear, delivery was quick, and the bike arrived perfectly inspected and ready to ride.
