I liked the initial friendly approach of Bruce. It was less abrupt than some of the other providers.
It was my first experience using this service and I would do things slightly differently next time.
Emails from Proovia couriers came under different names and’s was very confusing- and went into junk email which I didn’t realise and they were important.
A extra Payment I made on a Saturday was not acknowledged and went as non payment until the Monday. I received an email and text on Sunday evening to say my delivery was postponed. I should have been called and I would have shown I had paid. That caused an awful lot of stress as I thought I was being scammed and they had my items by then.
In summary need better clarity about emails and better communication in the event of a change (direct)

I was kept well informed as to when my delivery would arrive and had the option to move it to a different day if that was inconvenient on the day I was notified well in advance so I was able to prepare to receive my delivery and I was also extremely impressed impressed by the quality of the operators who brought the package into my home
