Sold bike on 29th May. Was a bit of a wait to get payment on the 1st July. But they got back to me straight away when I voiced my concerns, and explained that the wait for payment was within their terms, and that the delay was something they were actively working on. All in all, a very smooth process and good customer service.

The seller of the bike I purchased pulled out of the deal, I promptly contacted support who issued an immediate refund but for whatever reason it was delayed. Once escalated, Matt, the CEO, promptly contacted me to resolve everything and did so within 30 minutes.

I have to say I thought this was a scam. I advertised a bike, found a buyer then read their (MNB) terms and conditions and got really worried, especially after reading some older reviews. I actually tried to cancel my bike being collected as the courier was 5 minutes away, but then I spoke to Harry from MNB and he put my mind at rest and sorted it for me. Would recommend conversing with them first to check when payment will arrive, but they sorted that for me and I would certainly use them again.

These guys were great. There was a problem with the details listed on the bike I bought, and they sorted it out without a fuss. The whole experience was easy, organised and hassle-free. Will use again!

I bought my first electric bike and had a bit of an issue,no fault of mynextbike,but they sorted it out for me the communication was excellent and they responded to emails very quickly,I would definitely recommend mynextbike to anyone,and would 💯 use them again 😀

Easy to view bikes for sale. Easy to follow the buying procedure. It suited me to arrange delivery of the bike and that too was an excellent service. Although I took a risk in not going to and view the bike first. It was only 40 miles away and, on reflection, I would advise to view before buying. As it turned out the bike was excellent and am so pleased to have purchased a quality electric bike at a very fair price.

This company is an abomination firstly I sold my bike and they allowed the buyer to cancel as they thought they payed in three not in full ( this is outside of there own cancellation policy ) so the company agreed to purchase the bike and sell it on themselves (after I removed my previous review about them canceling outside there policy) to save me more headache it's now been two weeks I've waited in for couriers that never arrived I've chased them up numerous times and either had no reponse or just palmed off and now they left me in a catch 22 as they purchased the bike but I moved city on the 22nd and can't take it

Payment from sale of bike takes to long to receive.

Bought and sold a bike on here recently and both times were effortless and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again if I ever need to sell or buy.

Very seamless experience - sold my bike on this platform, it was very easy, they arrange a courier to collect it and responded to all my questions and then made payment very quickly - thank you!

Bike was sold within a few days of being posted on their website. Little bit of a hiccup with the collection but that was down to DPD, not My Next Bike. Communication was excellent and payment received promptly.

Great website, easy to understand,navigate and use.
Communication was effective via WhatsApp and website and fortunately I received several quick offers which resulted in a prompt sale following negotiations. Buyer was not too far away and elected to collect on the afternoon following full payment so all in all a good experience. I would have given 5 stars but for the wait for my money. Once the transaction is fully completed I cannot understand the delay in passing on the funds to me in this modern, instant age.

I bought a cargo bike from a seller and selected the option to have the bike verified. I have not yet received the bike after 2 weeks but the vague updates indicate an issue was found and they are ordering parts fix. I was not consulted on this and have had no communication from MyNextBike or the workshop for a week. Other than that, its a standard marketplace website dedicated to bikes.

DO NOT USE. it’s been well over 2 weeks now and they have been unable to pick up the bike from the seller. I have to email them every day and still no action. Avoid using them at all costs.Update: if you read the reply it says they are pushing behind the scenes to get this sorted, Clearly this is completely false as I have already cancelled about a week ago.

Customer service was on point, i didn't even need to contact them, they reached out, before there was an issue, so was helpful when there was. Trust worthy site, good folks.

Easy to use searchable website, good communication and delivery of the bike all within a few days

Have recently sold a bike on this site , was a smooth sale and highly recommend. Was a bit apprehensive about letting my bike go to a stranger before receiving any funds but Harry was very reassuring and put my mind at ease , a lot of reviews are saying how bad communication was regarding there sale but I had no issues atall ; every message I sent was replied to very prompt. The site took all effort and stress away of selling my bike ; would definitely use them again , many thanks
