This company is in China not London. Clothing is similar to Shein or Temu but 10 times the price for poor quality. Delivery schedules are 2-3 weeks and returns are very complicated and you have to pay for your own tracked postage back to China! Avoid

it is quite this is a Chinese company posing as being based in London, they scam you in to believing otherwise. They state delivery as being less than a week, i have now been waiting for a cat litter tray for 3 weeks and it still says its in Shanghai. I bought it because it looked good on the photos, but in hindsight the pics are clearly ai, i dread to think of what i am to receive based on other reviews. Utterly useless company. Scam artist, think what our currency is worth in china and do not waste it with these crooks.

I don't think Mysa london should be allowed to keep robbing people like this! Don't know how they do it but there's hardly any negative reviews on their website but when you come to trust pilot all these bad reviews come up! They should be sued for false advertising because you don't get what you think you paid for. The trainers I got were cheap plastic fakes with very hard insoles and frankly not even worth the plastic bag they came! Delivery took 15 days yet it was supposed to be 4-6 days. This company deliberately misleads people into thinking they're in UK, only after you've paid does it show that items are shipped from China. I feel robbed of my £39, don't even think I can return the worthless sneakers because the return process is another headache from what I hear and might not even get my refund, these people are shameless, nxa!

I ordered these for my holiday thinking will be here in a few days enough time before my holiday it took 15 whole days to be delivered it states it’s in London but it’s a shitty item honestly was expecting it to come in a box but came in a parcel bag like SHEIN items be aware plus I’m sure when I ordered it said free returns know buyer has to pay for shipment internationally proberly cost more than the £35 pound sandals which were in the sale from £55 should have listened to my sister and gone to m&s avoid this company also phone number does not work ps when I ordered had all positive reviews that’s why I ordered once placed order all these negative reviews came up

Had some issues with delivery and mostly stayed in touch with what was happening. Did offer a refund but only refunded one item and now wont reply around the other item I didnt recieve. Go with one of the other companies - they were much better at responding and actually recieved my order

Ordered for my mum for Mother’s Day. The box arrived completely damaged (and not packaged as advertised either), all the stems were snapped/broken AND it was the wrong bouquet! Was told the correct bouquet would be sent out by March 22nd… 5 days later and still nothing has arrived. Such a shame. They kept my money and we never received what I ordered therefore I unfortunately would like to warn others to stay away from the company.💔

Flowers did not arrive, poor communication from the company. Still awaiting refund. Avoid

flowers never turned up, emailed back and forth but didn't seem to want to pass me any tracking information. Nearly 2 weeks since my order, so arranged a refund with my credit card company
