Got a new pup-(haven't had one in over 40 years)-so I was a relative "newbie" all over again. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and he is an absolute cure for my issues. I was totally unaware that there was a "service dog" for emotional support. My husband, being the internet sleuth he is, found your website, and purchased his harness with the "emo" badges applied. We will be travelling with him, staying in various hotels, so we will be searching for ones that accept the support animals. The ID card (included with harness purchase) will be invaluable as now, my little "cure", will be inseparable from me. I am so happy to have found your site and purchased your products! THANK YOU for providing people with a way to securely and confidently travel with their support animals! (AND, your customer service is perfect, too!!!!)

Te certificate is a joke...It looks fake, does not have my last name on it, just my first name.

The service dog vest has "service dog" strips that attach with velcro.

The contact phone did not work the first 2 times I called. On the 3rd call, I got a message saying that they only respond to email.

I needed a vest and certificate for a trip I'm taking Friday. I have traveled without a vest and/or certificate before. With this set up, no one would believe me. It looks totally fake.

After placed my order, there was no email confirmation from them. Had no idea if my order was coming or not

I ordered the tactical service dog vest from this vendor. the vest arrived in good time, but was of inferior quality and only partially assembled. It had 4 buckles, 2 at the shoulders and 2 at the sides and all were merely slid onto the straps with no effort to secure them. The buckles were happy to slide around during use or if the flapping strap ends encouraged them. I'm not an engineer and I expected the buckles to stay buckled and the adjustments to hold the vest on my dog. My expectations were not met.

When I pointed out to the company that similar service dog vests were available on Amazon for $33 and came in red (the usual color for service dogs) I was told that the Amazon price was only good if I used the available discounts. Well, duh! Of course I'm gonna use the discounts. The difference between $49 and $33 is more than "a few dollars" to someone on disability income. No effort was made to address the inadequacies of the item I received.

The vest arrived with absolutely no instructions for assembly and I have searched the vendor's site for any instructions. There are photos of the vest (which is all black, so the photos do not show any detail) but no instructions or video to show how to assemble the vest. I am disabled and have little use of my hands so I am limited in how much ASSEMBLY of any item I can accomplish. The vest I've been using for years did not need any adjustment when I bought it and it's been used with 3 dogs including my current one. I have photos of the state of the straps when I received it, but there is no way to post them on this site. I've posted my photos on other review sites.

Fraudulent, don't believe the reviews, this does not work. Paid for everything I needed and my apartments still wouldn't accept as this is not from a real doctor. They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank. They basically robbed me

If you are looking to get an ESA Letter, this is absolutely NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST for housing knowing full well that your landlord requires an an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor.

somewhat scared by the negative feedback here. But I looked through all the registrars and they all have a lot of negative reviews, strange.

In general, I registered my dog and received an ID card, now it is very convenient to show the status of my pet to everyone.

I was able to get two of my three dogs registered with my service animal, ( I didn't have enough money to do the third) and even mad a mistake and ordered the wrong item. The representative was very kind and sent me what I needed promptly! I will definitely refer everyone to them!!

Contacted business and started application but had questions. Unable to get ahold of them and left message to cancel order. They processed the order anyway and charged me. Do not use this business.

Went to the My Service Animal website. Checked out the size of vest to order per their chart. My standard poodle is 68 pounds and 26 inches tall. Their chart says a medium is for dogs 24 - 30 inches tall weighing from 61 - 76 pounds. The vest arrived and is woefully too small. When I sent them an email describing the problem this is the response I got:
"We can offer 2 options please choose one:
1. Keep the old harness and purchase a new one with 40% discount
2. Return the old one and purchase a new one with 20% discount "

I suggested that it would be more helpful if I paid to return the vest and they sent out a large vest charging me for any difference in price between medium and large.
Their response was enlightening - they weren't going to help me and offered the following:

"So do you want to send us the old one and purchase a new one?
Or keep old one and purchase new one with 40% off "

Clearly these folks are not interested in happy customers - I suggest you avoid them.

Ordered two tags, were shipped out in time via USPS. I never received them, the P.O. said more postage was due. I emailed the company, sent a copy of the notice of postage due, but "John" refused to do anything about it, would not call the p.o., just insisted he had put enough postage on. I warned him that the notice said the post office would be returning the items by a certain date if he did not pay the postage due. They were returned to him. I then had to battle through Paypal to get the refunds because he refused to refund me voluntarily. I have the email string to prove he knew in plenty of time to fix the problem.

I was able to get my dog certified as a service dog fast and easily online. I immediately received a digital copy of her service ID and the housing paperwork as well. I received the physical ID I’m the mail that same week. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
