Overall, My solar claim, has over exceeded my expectations. Mr. Cameron has been super informative, very patient with our many questions and concerns. Prompt on appointments and explains things very clearly. Ms Brenda also has been great. She is very patient, explains thing thoroughly so my wife and I can understand what happening and going to happen. Mr. Joe is also prompt courteous and patient. We are very happy with the process and progress so far. We are looking forward so seeing this thing to its conclusion. I would recommend this Company to anyone and everyone looking to cancel thier solar contract. We are extremely happy with the progress thus far and we're barely 2 weeks into this adventure. We didn't realize how bad the solar company took advantage of us untill we talked with Jeremiah. Jeremiah along with Cynthia and Joe has made us very comfortable and confident going into this process. We are now in the Resolution stage with Paige. We can see end of this nightmare soon.

I was desperate to get rid of this solar since I was lied to and paying double to my electric bill. During winter months I was told I had to go on the roof and take the snow off myself! I’m 60 years old and will never get on my roof especially because I live on a mountain. There is a 15 foot drop in front of my house but a 250 foot drop if I fell off the back of the roof. Then who would be held responsible. They made it sound like I could call maintenance and the Solar people would send maintenance to clean off my panels or have some kind of heating strip in there so it melts quick. But no, they like ripping people off. I was told I’d get a $15,000 incentive from the government. That’s not happening so finally I made contact with my Solar claim they took all my information. They were very respectful and they are on top of everything. I just started this process very comfortable with them. I have been screwed over many times but I have a good feeling about this and yes $2000 is the starting price but you do not have to pay anything else until after you win if you don’t win, you get your money back. I’m meeting with them again on Saturday and I’m excited to hear what they have to say. Sometimes you just have to trust the process.

I have been trying for the last 4 years to get someone to listen to my issues with my solar system and the people who sold it to me and I was unsure about the adds I was seeing for solor clame but I took the chance and made the call.
