Marquis & Brenda are awesome! I was skeptical at first because I have felt foolish and stupid since the day I was 'sold' solar. Marquis is very knowledgeable about solar industry and he made me feel not so stupid. I am so glad I made the call because now I feel like I am being heard. And Brenda my onboarding lady was just as great. I feel a little less stupid and alot more hopeful.

Jordan and his team has been awesome with helping us through this process he has been keeping us up to date with the whole process going over every detail with no delays me and my wife just want to say thank you for everything.

Starting out with Mr. Mario Luna and Brenda who excelled in gathering the right detailed information to put together a very comprehensive and concise report concerning our objective. These great people treated us as family members leaving no stone unturned to bringing about the essence of the investigation so that all aspects of the report could be readily available at an instance. I'm very happy and amazed at the detail and thought that was put into action with My SolarClaims. Cameron was very straight forward. My wife and I learned that getting evidence for what happened was the most important step. We are very impressed with the amount of details explaining what that solar salesperson did to us. We have been suffering for years but now we feel so much better knowing that there are legit ways to fight this.

Amazing I can’t even believe that this is happening since the first day that I got my solar panels it has been frustrating and antagonizing this has been going on for 5 straight years I was able through social media find my solar claim and I spoke with Jason . I was skeptical at first I just been burned one too many times through the process of trying to resolve this solar panels issue but finally with the hard work of Jason and his team he was able to put together a great case for me to get the justice that I deserve it is now in process with the legal team and after taking a look at the file that Jason and his team put together I’m very hopeful that this will get resolved. I strongly recommend my solar claim to anyone that are going through this same issue..

Leo, Brenda, and Joe were great. They answered all my questions during our conversations. Great customer service from all of them. If they did not have an answer they researched and gave the answer to me right away. Looking forward to my conversation with Craig on December 1st at 2:00 pm. Omg... your people were so patient n so kind..taking steps to n make sure we understood each little thing and answered our questions..worked with us on our options for things.. Mario was extremely patient because our internet was acting up.. we couldnt have asked for more than patient people to work with.. we will definetly recommend you guys to others that we know are having problems with their solar... thank you all so very much.

So far our experience has been very pleasant, we have received information that validated our concerns with our solar experience . We are hopeful to find a solution that works in our favor and end this stress we have been enduring due to false promises from solar!

quisiera poder dejar foto pero no me da opción aquí les dejo la lista de solo unas de las cosas que se exigen #1 que paren los cobros mientras se lleva acabo este proceso #2 que se remuevan todos los paneles y equipo de mi propiedad y que sean cancelados los contratos #3 que reparen cualquier daño a mi propiedad, y varias otras cosas me gusta que explica todo claramente como se violaron muchas reglamentos, yo estaré por aquí informando como va mi proceso si tienen alguna duda definitivamente MARIO ES EL MEJOR confíen en el el los guiará como me guió ami también el tiene mi número de teléfono personal si tienen una pregunta pueden pedírselo a él y yo con mucho gusto tomaré su llamada si tiene una pregunta tocante a mi proceso, de nuevo gracias
