My representative was attentive, thorough, respectful, understanding and compassionate regarding my situation. The documents that I have been unsuccessful in obtaining the team was able too. The communication was outstanding yet slightly confusing at times in regards to the text messaging. Overall great experience so far.

Working with this team has been a breeze. I haven't felt stressed at any point when it comes to my solar scam. Knowing there is people out there who are willing to help resolve your issues you've had while switching to solar really takes a load of stress off my shoulders. Jimmy, Joe, and Laura have all been so helpful and really feel like they care to help all these people who are scammed by solar companies or representatives. They gave me a set price of what was expected and so far everything has been smooth sailing. I pray to god they can get me and my family back on with our solar at the price that fit our budget. The representatives fail to tell you many things, still haven't received any tax credits and this team is willing to try and help resolve the problem the best way they can. I would highly recommend reaching out if you have experienced or are experiencing issues with the solar company you're with.

Haven’t gone from point A to Z yet, but so far so good. For the most part everything has been happening on a good timeline with multiple check-ins to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Mario Luna, Geraldine and other members which I can't remember their names were outstanding, very courteous and very helpful through out my process and just waiting for my refund!! There were various dates where contact was made with others members..
