So far I've had a positive experience with everyone I have spoken too and dealt with up to this point of the process. Giovanni has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was well documented, Brenda getting the whole case together for me and then Mr Troy King who just introduced himself the other day and letting me know he's on top of my case.

So far so good. I was SO skeptical about trusting any company with helping me with assistance regarding my solar panel issues, but Joel and Regi were so awesome. Totally thorough, patient, kind and understanding.
I'm so grateful. I feel relieved.

So far and am impressed and happy with the work that has been done for my case.

Joel was the one that took my call initially. He heard my case and did his job exactly the way they said they would. They are currently in the process of taking the first steps for contacting the troublemaker company. A little over a month later. they do a good job.
